Brian Boyce was amazing! He walked/talked me through everything that he was going to do. He showed me what the issue is and what needed to be replaced. He was very nice, professional and courteous. Bless his heart, he even had to kill one of those huge water bugs before he could go in my attic! Poor guy! He definitely is knowledgeable about the work he does which is great. You have a gem in a Brice. Thank you for coming to rescue me so promptly!

Very professional from the time I set the appointment to when Nick arrived. He knew exactly what to do, gave me a reasonable quote, got the job done quickly, and even let me know what to do in the future to keep clogs down in all of my drains. I'll use Zoom Drains for future plumbing needs.

They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I had work done for months ago, and my sink is now leaking all over again.

I was confirmed an Appointment on Monday 3/28 with Jeff between 8AM and 10 AM. . At 11:0 AM I was advised that they were running late due to an emergency. They arrived at 2 PM. and it was not Jeff. I later asked the two Plumbers when they were due at my house . They said 1 PM which was later changed to 3 Pm. The work was done but I thought the $50 charge was too expensive. My prior experience not been satisfactory as I had a water Heater pump that did not work and then the Plumber who installed the second one was not familiar with it and it took two more visits to get it correctly functioning.

Very punctual. Explained what needed to be done (both the most cost efficient and more expensive). Quick work with solid quality. Cleaned up nicely when leaving. Would absolutely recommend.

We called morris jenkins at 8pm because when we turned on our heater we noted a weird sweet smell. They had someone out to us by 8:45. Pat was extremely knowledgeable and courteous - he was thorough in his diagnostic service and put our minds at ease with photos and information about our heating system. His customer care went above and beyond to the point that when/if we have to call morris jenkins back we will be asking for Pat specifically.

Also had a whole house filtration system installed, super pleased with Michael and his work, highly recommend him.
