Terry S. was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He took the time and care to solve my drain issue. He removed old cast iron pipes and replaced with PVC in the crawl space. He was on time and everything went according to the plan he laid out. Terry's work is neat and clean and most importantly no more drain issues.

Prior owners had Michael and sons install an ac unit before we bought this house. Permit was pulled but never inspected. County notified us of the problem. Contacted Michael and sons. They sent out a tech to check the system and then setup inspection. Inspector approved work and permit was cleared.Very professional crew and company. Thank you for all your help clearing the permit issues.

I used them for my water heater installation. Very easy to schedule services, very good with receiving offline quotes and ultimately a great job done. We bought the water heater from Lowe’s and they installed it. Every other quote was over 4k with the water heater included and we got the work done in nearly half of that with our approach. We had a great couple experiences with Brian as he helped with setting a new tub and then with a conversion to a tankless water heater. Brian is very responsive, organized and helpful. We’ve referred him to our family and friends and will certainly call him for our next plumbing need.

Quite concerned about the 5 stars this company has been receiving. Not only did we receive poor customer service, but we were also faced with the company's inability to comply with its contractual obligations, unsatisfactory and partial performance by its employee (Kevin), and the company's inability to provide relief to damages caused to the property by the employee. This company does not deserve the praise that they have been receiving and this should serve as a warning to those considering using its services. Legal action will be taken in order to recover damages.

I defiantly recommend using Pay Less Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, our plumber TJ did a great job and not to mention provided excellent customer service. Our property had a MAJOR water line break inside one of our resident home…water was poring out of the slab, we had water everywhere and going into the next apartment. Pay Less Plumbing was able to come out right away and take care of all the repairs and restore water to the community right away.
