Best Pipe Leak in Charlotte NC

I just had these folks do some work for me and they were amazing. Specifically Reggie and Jake- they were quick, did the job done VERY thoroughly and were so friendly. It’s hard to find plumbing contractors that are trustworthy but I finally found them! They will be my go-to people for now on!

Arrived the next morning, fixed all plumbing and faucets without a problem, and price was reasonable. Great service. We have used them at least 5 times on different houses and will continue. Best service we have experienced in 20 years in Charlotte - regardless of the vendor. Just call them and the problem will go away!

We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!

Travis did an amazing job. They cam out to Indian Land, SC for me. Very professional and was quick and efficient. He even gave us some good tips to remember for the future! Price was definitely reasonable! I will definitely recommend them and try and use them in the future. I only wish i had found them sooner! Toilet repairs, sink repairs, and water heater repairs were performed. We even talked about a shower replacement to keep in mind for future.

So Thankful for Eliza and Martin Flores and their TEAM A+ ROOTER came right on time when I needed them. Kitchen sink was overflowing and the laundry room pipe was overflowing with water. They sent a guy out within 30 min of me calling he was on the way he did a great job fixing the issue and making sure I understood everything he was doing and what to do to prevent the clogging for the future! I love their services! Great people and great quality of work done! I will use them again when needed! I recommend them to anyone!

I am in the middle of dealing with this company. I contracted them through Duke energy and they came out quickly. The tech said that the issue, a faulty duct switch, wasn't covered by Duke. After $400 came out of my credit card my ac worked..for a day. I called Jim Dickerson that day and since the AC had started working again was told to call them if the problem recurred. When it did, the woman on the phone refused to send out a tech until I got ANOTHER work order from Duke. Since it was Saturday I couldn't get anything done until Sunday or Monday. The temps were over 90 degrees.

This company has NO sense of customer service...STAY AWAY!

He and his technical partner were amazing. He was able to articulate complex issues in a simple and straightforward manner. We had a new water heater and prv installed in the main line. Overall, the Anchor experience exceeded any expectations we could possibly have had.

Can’t say enough nice things about Tyrell and Wonderful World of Plumbing. Had a no show by another plumber and they were able to fit me in the next day, even came early. He uninstalled my disposal when it was leaking, even though it had already been installed, but with an unexpected issue - didn’t charge me for the extra help. This is the service I’ve been looking for when I call someone for help. Please use them!
