The technician did maintenance on the air conditioner and furnace and he said everything was good.

We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Called this company and scheduled appointment for inspection and clean coil from 4-6pm. Received a call from the company stating they can come early. The tech (David Dupoy) arrived around 3pm. This man give every excuse in the world way he couldn’t perform his scheduled service request. Which had nothing to do with what he was here for. That was only to inspect the unit and clean the coils. Now we see why, he is finishing up all his service calls early. He isn’t doing his required job duties. Only in Charlotte we experience these type of behaviors - people getting these jobs but not fulfilling there responsibilities but just wanting a paycheck.If this type of work ethics and respect is acceptable by this company then they will lose more customers (new and old).I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Kaleb and his crew did a wonderful job on my plumbing project. He went above and beyond to help us finish our project. He was on time, honest and performed quality work. The office staff was also great to work with! Five stars across the board!

Really helpful and flexible. Hooked up my sink, new faucet, and dealt with a disposal issue caused by the folks I had replace my counter-tops. Did it all while I was out of town having left a key for them. Very polite and professional as could be.

I arranged to have this company install new faucets for me. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled for that upcoming Friday. Provided my address and contact info. By 4:30 on Friday they still hadn't shown so I contacted them to get a ETA. They told me they had no record of the job and couldn't send someone until Monday. I am very disappointed in their service. Their quoted prices were reasonable, too bad they never showed.
