Best Maintenance And Repair in Charlotte NC

We had a clogged drain in the shower, and I called ER Services this morning. Kaitlyn (sorry if I am spelling your name incorrectly) was professional and helpful. She dispatched Reggie for this afternoon as I’d requested. I received a text with Reggie’s picture so I knew who was coming and a rough estimate of the time he’d be here. That is a great feature, and made me feel safe. Reggie is also very professional and did a super job, including answering questions I had about preventive drain treatment. I think the charges were fair, and am relieved that the drain is clean! Highly recommend!

Called for a water heater leak that needed to be replaced. The installer arrived early and came back same day to replace the system that needed to be changed. Installer was very professional and completed the install in a timely manner while explaining everything that was done

I am in the middle of dealing with this company. I contracted them through Duke energy and they came out quickly. The tech said that the issue, a faulty duct switch, wasn't covered by Duke. After $400 came out of my credit card my ac worked..for a day. I called Jim Dickerson that day and since the AC had started working again was told to call them if the problem recurred. When it did, the woman on the phone refused to send out a tech until I got ANOTHER work order from Duke. Since it was Saturday I couldn't get anything done until Sunday or Monday. The temps were over 90 degrees.

This company has NO sense of customer service...STAY AWAY!

Night before hosting thanksgiving at our home, we run into water flowing back into our home from the toilet. Not knowing what the issue was, we decided to call numerous big name 24 hour plumbers. None of which got back to us in the time they stated or couldn't be over until early next day. This is when we ran into Zoom Drain through google search. It was close to midnight when they received our call, it was the actual owner that picked up. Said they can have a technician come out same night. Technician showed up a little after 1:00am and resolved our issue under an hour! Mind you its 30 degrees and 1 am in the morning AND the day before thanksgiving. Technician was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to resolve the issue. They have all the necessary tools to get any job done! We were very impressed by the video technology. For the time frame they arrived and finished, I applaud their service and would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone needing professional service! Thanks again fellas!

Tony installed a new water heater in our home. Our tank is housed in an outdoor cabinet, so he toiled in the wet. The tarp I offered him was turned down. Superb quality of work. Tony at is fantastic, and I highly recommend them.

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Daniel wouldn't give up until my problem was fixed! he was also on time, courteous, explained the issues in laymen's terms, drew me a helpful diagram, covered all floors with drop cloths and cleaned up afterward. He went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate his persistence.

Mr. Cam was on time. He was at my house at 8am sharp. He was very professional. He explained everything that he was going to do, and explained everything that he found after he finished. I was very pleased and impressed. He represented Morris-Jenkins well. I will have cool air at my house tonight. Good job

I work for an HOA management company that manages approximately 200 neighborhoods, both established and new developments. We use Roby a good bit when issues arise. Matt from Roby is working on some power pedestals, which are little 2 foot tall white towers with lights on our docks on lake wylie. He is super professional and knowledgeable. Everyone else at Roby is great, I wish I could remember the 2 ladies I've spoken to on the phone cause they have great customer service. One might be Kim but I could have that mixed up....I know one of the 2 said she was new so if that narrows it down she was great, yall found a kweper!

Gavin also awesome, I've gone back and forth canceling an re-requesting an outlet from Roby and he's been so patient and helpful, glad we can proceed with the work this monday!
