Great service, fair price

I loved that he gave me an estimate over the phone. I wasn't going to hold them to the price but was at least looking for ballpark numbers. I called 8 other plumbing companies who wouldn't provide any type of pricing over the phone. The other companies would, however, give me the price it cost to buy an estimate. I didn't want to be on the hook for an $89 dollar visit fee only to find out the repairs were going to cost twice as much as the next company which is why I wanted some idea of cost before sending someone out.

Kevin with Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, Inc was able to give me an estimate over the phone, come to my house next day, and complete the repairs timely. He let me know what the price would be for two wax ring replacements - which is all I wanted to know - and made sure to let me know he would inform me of pricing for any additional repairs, if needed. After he visited, no additional repairs were needed, and the price given over the phone was almost exact. Highly recommend! Thanks, Kevin!

Exceptional quality, definitely recommend! My garbage disposal was clogged and the toilet valve was leaking when I called at 10:30 in the morning. Around noon, Manny arrived. By 12:30 he had completed everything. His work was excellent, and he completed it quickly and thoroughly. He was the epitome of competence and politeness in his field. I had a great experience with Shawn at Carolina Plumbing Pros! I had a surging loud noise in my pipes, and after getting an appointment scheduled with them, Shawn came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure regulating valve. He also took the time to answer a lot of my questions I had about the plumbing in my house, and a possible hot water heater replacement I've been considering.

Most importantly, Shawn took the time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do, and what that meant for the quote he gave me for replacing the PRV. I learned a lot from him, and got really good service. I'd recommend Carolina Plumbing Pros!

William and Matt were very professional and knowledgeable. They removed the old leaking water heater from the attic and installed a new one. Not an easy task with a small opening to the attic, however they handled the job like professionals and at the same time kept me updated on the progress. Thank you for the job well done.

How can I explain to you how wonderful the service was from this company. I can honestly say we have never had service this good before. John made every attempt to insure that we did not spend any money needlessly. He was on time, he was honest, he told us everything he was going to do before he did it. John made sure that all of the plumbing work was completed professionally. He scheduled the appointment with the inspector and made sure that all of his work was done to code. Wow, it is very rare to find someone that gives their all to insure that the work is done properly, quickly and professionally. We will definitely use him again should we have any other water heater, plumbing or water filtration needs in our home. Thank you again John for everything, we truly appreciate you.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

Just an honest guy that knows what he's doing and is definitely less expensive than the competition. Highly recommended. I'll use him again.
