I was given a referral to MD Plumbing and needed their services for a major water leak at my home. Called MD and spoke to Jackie and she had Jason come to find the leak and then repair it a couple days later. The company has very good communication with their customers and Jason really knows what he is doing. He found the problem quickly and repaired it quickly. Since the leak was a big problem, I wanted to make sure to use the best company I could find.

Highly recommend; Clay was assigned to my project. He was informative, patient with my questions, fast with the installaton, and went the extra mile doing extra tasks in consideration of my broken ankle. Mr. King worked with me on payment options. I will call on this company again when the need arises

The First Lady I talked to was very professional.She gave great details on what to expect from the company once tech arrives. They would give a break down of all work before doing anything. This was not done and tech came the max 15mins chaulked area and told my wife what he did and left. I called wife thinking company was on the way to check out the issue. She explained to me they came and gone. I reached out to the company second lady answering the phone told me how professional the tech were. I was asking over and over what did they see how did they repair it..At the end my basement flooded because of the poor repair by this company.

Chris is Awesome he was on vacation when i called and he walked me through the repair myself!!

He states he is available 24/7 in his advertisement .. NOT the case! A MAJOR streaming leak occurred which shot across the room and covered the the floor overnight. This developed 1 day after completion of our job . He did not answer his phone , text or email for OVER a week. There was no
“away “ message. We had to get another plumber to repair the leak. Then he refused our request for reimbursement of his fee despite his claim of a warranty. We had to persist in our request and finally asked the contractor who recommended him to intercede . It saddens me to write this as he was a pleasant and likeable person when he was working in our house. Overall we were disappointed.
Now I am further sorry to see he lied in his response it was NOT a drip but... anyone can make a mistake it was his lack of response that caused me to write this unfavorable review.

Cyrus the plumber was incredibly unprofessional! Very rude, and dismissive.

They don't even deserve one star. Called made an appointment and no one showed or even called. I tried calling them no answer and voice mail was full. The only thing I keep getting from them is to ask for a review. Well now you've got the review you keep asking for so now please leave me alone. Southend plumbing took care of everything and had it all done in one day.
