Best Drain Cleaning Maintenance in Charlotte NC

We had a sewer sump pump that quick working. I called ER Plumbing based on reviews on Angie's LIst. They said they would send someone out the next morning. The service technician (Jason H.) arrived on time (actually early) as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went and obtained parts, and fixed it that day. He also suggested installing a cover over the pump, which I agreed to since he had to dig through the mud to fix the existing pump. Jason came back when the cover came in and installed it. Throughout the process, Jason was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I thought the price was reasonable, especially since it was such a messy job! Everything looks great now and if there is a next time, the repair will be easier.

Had to replace my water heater. Luke from Michael and Son was at my house in less than an hour from making the request. He was very knowledgeable, and walked through all the options with me. He offered to do the work the same day but I scheduled for the following day. Everything was very professional and he did an amazing job.

We had a great couple experiences with Brian as he helped with setting a new tub and then with a conversion to a tankless water heater. Brian is very responsive, organized and helpful. We’ve referred him to our family and friends and will certainly call him for our next plumbing need.

I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first. I was texting Roco late on a Thursday night and she had David out by 8 am the next morning. All fixed by 915 am! I learned two things from this experience...1)DON'T LET HUBBY FIX PLUMBING 2) Clog Busterz is the place to call for your plumbing needs. The customer service is beyond. Tony installed a new water heater in our home. Our tank is housed in an outdoor cabinet, so he toiled in the wet. The tarp I offered him was turned down. Superb quality of work. Tony at is fantastic, and I highly recommend them.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!
