Kevin from Charlotte Plumbing & Repair replaced several shut off valves and lines in our home. He worked with our schedule and did a fantastic job! Their prices were also much more reasonable than the other places I called.

I called them 2 weeks ago with a need (leaking from unknown kitchen spit) and was told someone would come on Monday. They never did. I called and was told the person didn’t write a time down but they had my info (a call would have been great then!). Also told someone would call btwn 9-10 on Tuesday. No call. I called at 11:30 and the lady was very short and said “let me call you back I need to see how he’s scheduling his day.” Odd since I figured your office staff made the schedules. And guess what? I didn’t get a call back until yesterday. That was 1.5 weeks later. The message was “call us back; we have a service man for you.” No apology. No explanation for the 1.5 weeks silence. Do better. I ended up having another plumber coke and help id the leak. Do better.

Chris is a great plumber and a great guy. His prices are good and his work is excellent. We call him for any plumbing needs.

Called about a problem with 220 circuit and they made time the very next morning before a scheduled job to stop by and check it out. Circuit working again but stayed about half an hour checking it out - no charge. Love Toliny - would recommend to all.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

I want to give a huge shout out to Sidney who was an absolute joy to work with! Not only did he address my concerns about my toilet but was also hilarious and fun to work with. I never thought that I’d laugh during a service call but Sidney and I exchanged jokes and still were able to figure out the best options to fix my problem! South End came on a Friday afternoon to replace my broken water heater with a new tankless water heater. I could find no one that would come out on a Friday afternoon. Not only did they show up, their two employees, Jim and Mike, worked nonstop in a very hot attic the entire afternoon removing my old water heater and installing the new tankless water heater. They were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job… I could not be happier. The price was better than the other quotes I had received from other plumbers who told me they could not even show up until the following week. Can’t say enough nice things about Hobbs. I have unfortunately needed random plumbing services for several things over the past few months. Every time I call, they have someone available quickly, keep me informed and return calls quickly. Their teams are friendly, up front and always try to do what’s right for the customer (not just trying to sell more services or products). I feel confident in their service and enjoy their staff. Friendly and prompt same day service. Expensive for the work performed . Leak in my first floor ceiling . They went into the attic and found the leak was from around a vent pipe in the roof. They told me to contact a roofer for repair and charged me $625 for the hour to identify the leak.
