Best Drain Cleaning Company in Charlotte NC

I have used Nathan and his team at Plumbing Perfection for several years. They have done everything from installing a faucet, to fixing bursting pipes in my house, to fixing a water main leak in my yard. I recommend him to my clients, friends and family. They all have the same response...He was wonderful, quick, knew what to do and a great price.
I would give him many more than 5 stars if possible. I will continue to recommend Plumbing Perfection to anyone who will stand still long enough to listen.

Always speedy, knowledgeable, and pricing isn't too bad either. Used for a toilet replacement and a leaking shower. Will use for future plumbing needs also! Highly recommend.

Great experience with Southend Plumbing definitely a 5 ⭐️ experience. Barry did an exceptionally good job, the re-plumbing under the sink looks great.

We used them to replace some toilets and put in a new shower for us. Everything along the way went wrong, but they fixed what they said had gone wrong. Afterwards we realized what a poor job they had done. The shower wasn’t installed correctly, the window is partially blocked, the caulking was terrible, and the the shower they recommended to install is not what they said it would be. We called multiple times to have them fix the caulking because it was hard to clean the brand new shower. They never responded. The shower they installed is not an improvement, other than it doesn’t leak. It is harder to clean than my old shower, so I wish I had not gone with their recommendation.

Have had them come for a few things.
1. Quick look at a noisy AC unit. Tech came promptly and diagnosed the unit was fine and just being stressed by the weather. Left info on service plans, but wasn’t pushy.
2. Electrician’s came and hung several lights. They were pleasant and competent. Would have them come again.
3. Had the electrician’s come and install a home standby generator. Scheduled for two days. They accomplished it in one day. They cleaned up after themselves without even once being asked. So far so good. The unit seems to be working great. I’ll post a follow up after we need to use it for a bit.

From the moment I spoke to Robin on the phone and up until Ken left my house, I knew I made the right call. Robin was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She informed me on their services and scheduled Ken to do the work. Ken arrived on-time. He was extremely professional with a very affable manner. Ken was experienced in the work he was doing in my home and guided me on a few other plumbing projects I asked him about that need to get done. Never thought I could be so excited about a plumbing job! But an old sewer line was in bad shape and Jim Bridges and John Watts came to my rescue. Without having to dig up our yard and basement, they lined the pipe to perfection. They are consummate pros who really know what they are doing. They keep a very clean job site and stick with it until the job is done. Very honest, too, and they let you know exactly what work is being done. Highly recommend them! And no, we are not related :)

Service Pro Plumbing came out on a snowy day to help with a pipe leak. He fixed the one leak but the water meter was still running. He found the other leak and had to do work on a pipe underground. He quoted me a price which I okayed and he came back with a lower bill at the end as he said that was all he needed to charge. I was educated on the issue as well as on the solution and I really appreciated how kind he was to someone who knows nothing about plumbing. If you need a plumber Service Pro Plumbing is worth a call.

Timely. Nice Guys. Fair Price. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs.

Dean Burns was paid to change the plumbing in my bathroom. I have tried to contact him for a month because my plumbing was messing up again. I found out he did not replace the pipes. He will not contact me about the situation. I was told I have a 5 year warranty. I’m looking to call an attorney. Have anyone else sued him? I just tried to look Dean Burns up on the State Board of Plumbing and can not find him.
