I was so please at how he put down cloths on the floor so he would not mess my Capet up.The price of the installation was right in my budget, the tech Paul arrived on time/earlier than scheduled. We called John at Payless Plumbers Matthews for an emergency repair & had a good experience. I broke a garden hose faucet clean off the side of our house, leaving a broken pipe in the wall, late in the evening. John answered my call close to 8 PM, established that we'd turned off the main water, and offered to come first thing in the morning. He and his coworker were timely, polite, and quickly repaired the problem. They mounted a new faucet far more securely than the old one. I was extra pleased with how tidy their repair looked. John made sure the faucet was perfectly straight, the sealant was super tidy and almost invisible, and the siding was repaired as neatly as possible, even though it was just a garden spigot behind a bush. I found it quite professional. And the price was fine. I would hire again.
