Best Water Heater Installation in Albuquerque NM

Rocketman scheduled a visit to provide an estimate for some plumbing work in my home. The technician was friendly and the estimate was reasonable. Unfortunately Rocketman Plumbing dropped the ball from there. Bottom line: they scheduled an appointment, which required me to be away from work for 4 hours, but couldn't get a tech to show up in the 4 hour service window they gave me. To make matters worse, I wasn't even told that the technician was running behind until I called to see what was going on with only 20 minutes left in the service window. I couldn't afford to take more time away from work, so I agreed to having the the job done later in the evening, but was told nearly 45-minutes later that it wasn't going to happen after all. Frankly, I expected more from this company. I will be going with someone else and would encourage you to consider doing the same.

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

While I did not end up using Motherroad's services to complete my water filtration project, I feel compelled to leave a review after my experience. This was far and away the BEST interaction I have ever had with a contractor. Alex was prompt, explained my options in great detail, and did not try to upsell or push anything extra or unnecessary to my project. He told me exactly what he wanted to use, why he wanted to use it, and included a breakdown of every single item and its purpose in his quote. He also broke down his pricing for me, which provided that extra layer of comfort with the process.

It is clear that Alex really knows his stuff and takes great pride in his work. If you haven't yet, take a look at the pictures on his website; he is definitely an artist of his craft. Unfortunately, we did not have the room in our budget to go with him on this occasion, but I wholeheartedly believe he is worth his price and would be ecstatic to go with Motherroad on a future project down the road. Wagner's team arrived on time to install an evaporative cooler, and were polite and professional. The installation went well, but the water source (exterior spigot) posed unexpected plumbing problems. Although it was not their error, Wagner expedited additional service to ensure a reliable water source. They stayed late to advise and implement a solution to get my new cooler fully operational. At the end of the day, I feel like Wagner provided what they promised, plus went the extra mile to provide higher-level consultation - I see why they get such great reviews.
