Best Water Treatment System Installation And Repair in Albuquerque NM

Had an appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. Called to ask when my technician would show up. Was told that that the technician would call me back to reschedule, but this person should have called in the first place to let me know that they would not be able to make it. Am not going to use.

I own a few rental homes. I have had nothing but great experience with Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling.But last week, they went above and beyond. One of my rentals, the furnace pilot light went out. I called them first, and they said they were booked until next week.Not wanting to make my tenant wait a whole weak for hot water, I called around. Everyone was booked until the following week.Within 5 minutes, their (Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling) dispatcher/front desk lady (I wish I had written her name down) called me. She said, that she would squeeze me in with the first technician that became available, if all I needed was for someone to light up the pilot. I told her it was fine. I called around 10:00 am, and by 12:00 noon, they called me and told me someone would be over in 20 minutes.As usual, they were courteous and professional. They quickly fixed the problem and had my tenant's furnace pilot light going. As a landlord, I am grateful and happy that I can always rely on their prompt and good service.

Installed a gas line during a kitchen remodel. I expressed concern that the line was protruding too far out from the wall and the new stove would stick out but was reassured it was okay. They even unboxed the new stove sitting in the garage to take a look. Here we are two months later and the stove just got installed and sticks out three inches from the wall. NOT HAPPY at all.

Accidentally ripped a hose bib off my house and Shannon from TLC came out in less than an hour. He was able to repair and replace it without having to cut through any walls. He was pleasant and professional, got the the job done quickly, and was very knowledgeable. Best plumber I’ve used in Albuquerque. Highly recommend Shannon from TLC!
