After my meter was pulled for a possible leak, Mark and his assistant took care of the red tag items on my water heater and furnace and got them up to code. His diligence also found a leak that he addressed immediately. He made a stressful situation bearable by coordinating efficiently with the City by getting the permits for a successful inspection. Picked up a scent of gas near my mechanical closet and immediately called a company for check up, Louie at LC Heating & Cooling was at my door the very next day to look at my system, turns out I had a dangerous leak from a component that could not be repaired. With a 4 week old baby in the house going without heat was not option. Luis did an excellent job installing the bathroom light fixture taking out the old fixture. The other light switches will need to be done when it’s scheduled. The almond color for the switch was not available. Both technicians were professional. I’m so thankful and happy for a job well done.
