I just needed a quick drain clean out. They were great on the phone, scheduled me quickly, and came out when they said they would. (and for the price they quoted) I'll use them again for sure.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. My heater went out during the winter so I called this company. The first time they came out, they cleaned the unit and replaced the inducer motor. It cost around 1400 but it worked for about a week then the unit went out again. I called them again and they wanted another 1200 to replace the circuit board. I didn't have the funds and winter was almost over so I skipped it. After their service my a.c. was no longer working (it was working just fine last year.) I decided to call another company just to see what they had to say. They arrived and told me that the wiring wasn't done properly and some wires were disconnected. It cost about 80 bucks to get the furnace and AC working properly again. Keep in mind that no one else had touched the wiring since this company did their service. I will never use this company again and advise others to look at other companies.

Made an appointment on a Thursday for an estimate the following Monday between 8-8:30. 9:15, I am sitting around waiting on their guy and finally call them. Woman in office says it'll be this afternoon. Don't waste your time, especially if you have to take off work to be home.

Jimmy, was very efficient found the problem ordered the part and two days later came back and got my furnace working. No stress and the job was finished in a timely manner, right before the cold front came in.

Patrick of First Rate Plumbing did a wonderful job diagnosing, repairing and following up on the plumbing challenge in our home.

We recently bought an older house that presented many issues, including no hot water circulation. Patrick quickly determined the main problem, presented us with multiple options, and installed a hot water circulation pump for a reasonable price.

As with other repairs here, our house still needed more for this system to properly function; so, Patrick returned to install check valves at various points - for no extra charge! Then he followed up to be sure all of this was operating properly. Now we have hot water, even in the most distant points of this older home.

As an added note, this business is very responsive, always answers their phone, and quickly schedules appointments.
