I had a leak on my swamp cooler and the technician took really good care of me in a timely manner.

We needed a wall furnace replaced and called multiple companies to get quotes. Central was the most reasonably priced (not too cheap to raise questions and not to expensive to raise eyebrows). They were punctual not only when showing up to look at the work for a quote but in showing up to do the job. They were very clean in performing the work, very professional, and very courteous not only to my wife and I, but to our home as well. They went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done correctly (moving a line and installing a new gas valve for proper function of the heater and adjusting venting height per code which was not included in the quote) and then a little further by raising the height of my water heater vent (which was not even part of the project but needed to be done).

I would recommend the guys at Central Plumbing Heating and Cooling to anyone who wants great, professional service at a reasonable price. These guys will take care of you.

It was time for our spring A/C maintenance and we were having trouble getting the system to turn on. First Rate got me an almost immediate appointment, much appreciated in advance of 90-degree weather! Our technician Sean called ahead to let us know of his arrival time and showed up promptly. He was friendly and professional; he spent some time with our multiple fuse boxes and got everything up and running in almost no time at all. He also rinsed off the compressor coil and vacuumed out the accumulated dust in the system closet. He tested all the components and warned us of a future, anticipated part replacement. The entire appointment was easy and stress-free. Sean is obviously knowledgeable and competent, and we appreciate his time and effort on our behalf. We are enjoying cool air thanks to him!

I've used TLC before and have always been very satisfied with them. This time was no exception. My AC went out, and when Chance from TLC came, he quickly found the problem and replaced the defective part. Chance was courteous and knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout, and cleaned up after he completed his work.
