Our installation team of Ramon Campos and Noel Pacheco, along with our electrician Blake, was amazing. They were so well organized, friendly, and the hardest working folks I've ever seen. They were both very knowledgeable and skilled. It was fascinating to watch such craftsmen solve problems on the fly. They worked very well as a team!We were also very impressed with the full suite of people who supported us, including the electricians, supply personnel and the oversight of supervisory personnel. We felt a strong personal touch and customer focus throughout.Highly recommend working with this company. Everyone we met was wonderful to work with. Johnny was timely, responsive to my questions, and professionally thorough in draining my water heater, shutting down my swamp cooler for the season and checking C0 2 levels in the house. They are new to me so they made a great first impression.

I called Academy to switch over the cooler and check the furance. After the tech left, the furance would not turn on. My tenant called to have them comeback and check out the furance. A tech came back twice to fix the problem. I received a bill in the mail for a 700 dollar service call. The repair cost was never discussed with the tenant and i was never consulted to approve the cost. Completely unprofessional. Ill be contacting the BBB on this incident.

We received exceptional, professional plumbing services from Jorge at Rick's Plumbing and Heating. Jorge was professional, dedicated, skilled, and punctual. Had we known we'd have such quality service at a fair price we'd have contacted Rick's sooner. Jorge came out to our home fix a leaking shower bathtub faucet. These parts are uncommon as our house is very old. Jorge located the parts which were rare. If he couldn't find them he said he'd have fabricated them for us. He fixed a leak which we had for years and replaced parts which were almost impossible to find. We were so impressed with Jorge, we scheduled him to return the following week to replace our kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Our sink was in terrible condition. Our pipes below were leaking and we had two buckets to catch the water. It was kept together with rubber bands, plastic gloves and caulk. Jorge tackled one of the worst sinks, pipe situations he'd ever encountered. He worked tirelessly and got the job done. We now have a gorgeous sink and faucet, and no leaking pipes! It's no exaggeration to say he made a big difference in our lives. My husband and I are now looking for projects to have Jorge back. Thank you Jorge! Thank you Rick's!

First off, I called several companies and Simmons promptly returned my call and fit our service into their schedule just two days later. I was given an arrival window of 8:30 to 9:00. At precisely 8:30 I received a call that Dean was 5-10 minutes away. Sure enough, Dean showed up as he said he would. This is shocking to me because we have used a larger company in town many times for our plumbing and cooling needs and they always give a 4-hour window and often show up much later with zero apologies for making you wait 5 hours (I suspect said big company overbooks its technicians which can be awful for the technicians and customers).

Dean serviced our swamp coolers and found a problem that the big company missed (likely because that big company splits their focus on trying to sell me a new system or their annual service contract). Dean fixed the problem and got the coolers up and running in short order. The price was commensurate with his time.

Based on this experience, I recommend Simmons Plumbing without hesitation.
