Saved me over 2K! It was only a faulty thermocouple. He replaced it and it’s been smooth sailing. I had no hot water for a weekend and I had to shower at defined fitness!! I love you guys!!!

I had a new combined Heating/Air-conditioner system installed: Carrier; easy to fix and service & parts easy to get.It involved a Crane to lift unit onto the roof. It was a 10 1/2 hr job! Building a gas line re-route plus a condensation line. Re-fitting metal venting, etc. Discovering a faulty gas part union trial of new unit; got replacement & installed that. A GF was established or changed out (?) Trouble with being on the rooftop; out of site! They did take photos which looked very neat, tidy, and well placed piping, etc. Hard to evaluate out of sight range goings on.....An electrician was involvedand supervisors came. It all seemed to run smoothly and organized manner.My main installer was very calm, professional, open to answering questions and explanations. The unit is in, up & running and seems to be working fine. Time will tell. All workers appeared to know what they were doing and seemed to be a good team.I must say: it was a great time to install a unit like this; because, the men were available, units were in fresh supply, no delivery issues and the crane was ready to roll the next day! A long, hard day for the installers; but, painless for me! Installers should know sheet metal skills and have several years of experience! Mine did.I am happy to have replaced the OLD FREEON, it is such a climate polluter! The prices were very competitive and hard to select just one good company out of 3 bids. I chose Wagner.I encourage others to replace their old FEEON Units If they are able.

I had 2 valves replaced on 11/20/21 and on 12/10/21 I noticed they were both leaking. I called and initially was told they were out of their warranty. They both had corrosion and you can tell had been leaking for a while (within their warranty period). They ended up making it right and just finished replacing both valves under warranty.

Great Company and Service. Guy's squeezed in a new Swamp Cooler install in early July. Called many local plumbers, many don't return calls and prices were outrageous. Guys showed up when needed, had a fair price and did a great job. They are also very clean. They will be our plumbers from here on out.

Technician Shaq was very helpful in switching out our water heater. He answered all our questions and made sure the job was done right. He took several pictures and checked all connections!

My wife and I have been customers of Academy for several years, and we have had them in our home for jobs ranging from starting up our swamp cooler to the installation of lighting fixtures. Every time we have interacted with members of the company, we have been treated in a very polite and professional manor, and I especially appreciate that they have consistency shown up on time for scheduled appointments. This year, our swamp cooler was especially troublesome, and it seemed like any way that the system could fail it did. Academy worked with us every step of the way to make sure that we got the cooler operational, up to and including having a technician come to our house for an hour on a weekend day on a warranty repair job. I am very appreciate of the high level of responsiveness and service Academy provided during this time. We had TLC replace our old air conditioner with a heat pump and our gas water heater with an electric model. The work they did was excellent, taking two days to complete the project. They brought everything up to code and installed a n additional electrical circuit to power the new air handler, using an existing conduit through which to run the line, thus minimizing the impacts to the walls. They also cleaned up the garage and installed a new thermostat. TLC did an excellent job and we are very pleased with their work.
