First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. We're new to B. Carlson, and new to the service agreement. Pete was incredibly thorough and professional in inspecting our evaporative cooler and furnace, and winterizing our home. I also appreciate Kris proactively calling to schedule the appointment a few weeks ago (one less thing on my to-do list), and then calling again to confirm the appointment as the date approached. They, like the rest of the staff we've interacted with, seem to care a lot about their customers and the quality of their work.

Horrible service. I have a hvac unit and my capacitor went out. First he lied and said I’m not under warranty and lied about the price of capacitor. Like people don’t do research he charged $350 for a $35 part. Modern day robbery

Well, I would first start with not only did they arrive right on time to help with my heater, I was able to text them pictures of my thermostat when there were more problems and HE called ME to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I needed a new thermostat and, again was super helpful, the cost to come back to the house was only for the part - no extra service fee. If you need help with your air, or heating - Luis with LC Heating and Cooling is a very smart choice. Professional, prompt, and polite with exceptional skills. Call them, you will be happy you did.

We just sold our house as we moved out of state for work, and once again needed someone to service and repair our boiler system before we could close. We have been through plumber after plumber in the east mountains. Gerald is the first to have such a thorough knowledge of boilers. He was responsive and thorough. He figure out where the bleeder valves were and air separators, replaced parts, bled the lines, and solved issues we have been dealing with for several years. It was a huge relief. When a small water heater went out in our guest cabin, he was quick to solve the issue and replace it in a timely manner so we could complete our home sale. I feel so much better now that we could sell a home with problems solved, and pass on knowledge of a good plumber for the buyers! Thank you so much.

Licensed professionals completed these jobs. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, on-time, and reasonably priced.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Scott was on time and personable when reviewing our new home's heating and cooling systems. He helped us understand how to maximize efficiency and take good care of our A/C and radient heat. He also allowed me to follow him up on the roof so I could establish a baseline of what was normal for our air conditioning units! Good education and maintenance.

Stopper in the tub broke off in the drain. Called this joke of a plumber to come and fix it. He’s “yup, the stopper is broken.” Asked if I had wire coat hanger to which I replied no. I asked him if he had one or if was able to fix it. While waiting for his delayed reply I asked, should I ask someone else to do it? He huffed and puffed, gave me attitude about my questions and stormed off. This man was rude, unprofessional, and only offered advice on how to fix the drain. I called him to come and fix the problem, not tell me how I can do it.
