I have a service agreement with B.Carlson. They come out twice a year and check my HVAC and heating system. I have been using them for years and love the service they provide. They keep my systems clean and running at top performance. I believe in being pro-active in mataining, not having to react to unit not working at a bad time. I feel the the service agreement is a great value and peace of mind. Christian is awesome, he came by today and did a thorough cleaning of my HVAC. He did a thorough check-up to make sure all of the units numbers were in line with specs. I know keeping them clean will save us from costly repairs down the road and keep them running efficiently. I also really appreciate the front office staff. Kris called earlier in the year to renew my service contract. Ashelyn, calls to set up my appointments in advance and then the day before as a reminder. They both are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Christian called to let me know he was on the way and was on time. Now I can sit back and relax knowing our cooling comfort is good to go for the rest of this season and the next. Super affordable, friendly, professional and quick! Kurt came out and did an estimate to repipe under my kitchen sink and install a new garbage disposal for me on Monday. I was very happy with the estimate and said let's do it! Tuesday, Kurt and Travis came out and took care of everything in only an hour and a half! It all looks amazing and works perfectly. I am very pleased with the service I received and am happy to recommend them to anyone that asks! Thank you guys!

My AC was blowing warm air late Thursday. On Friday morning, I called three companies and they said they were booked through the end of the month even when I told them it was an emergency. I have an elderly mother who survived a stroke and an infant. I then called LC heating and Cooling and they said no problem someone will be there between 10 and 11. Louie showed up on time, quickly figured out what the problem was and went searching for the needed part. He found the part explained everything to me and got the crew to help install it. They were all professional and friendly. My family and I appreciate LC Heating and Cooling work. I recommend their services and they will be my go to AC repair/maintenance guys.

Called Rick for a Refrigerated air conversion. Free quote. I had a tentative install for March but rescheduled on the fly for a few days out in Feb. Got a complete new system installed, quick, friendly and hauled off my old swamp cooler. All work also completed with inspections by the city. Local company and they did a great job. Addressed any questions I had during install as well.

Seems to be a family business when I called to get a I was basically hung up on told we'll get back to you I have your number I went with someone else that was a little bit more professional.

Needed to have a drain unclogged right away, and Jeff was able to come in the very day, even a little earlier. He fixed it right away and explained what he thought was the problem. He was very professional, and his work was neat and clean. I would highly recommend this company.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
