First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. Central Plumbing repiped our entire house. It was a HUGE job, and one that I was not looking forward to, yet these guys were so great it wasn't nearly the horrible experience I feared. Carlos with MGP Mechanical arrived quickly, provided a reasonable quote and immediately began working to find the leak between the water meter and my house. He had to dig under a wall and sidewalk, but he tackled it quickly and made the repair. Carlos was friendly, courteous, and very respectful. He left the area clean and tidy before leaving. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Scott was on time and personable when reviewing our new home's heating and cooling systems. He helped us understand how to maximize efficiency and take good care of our A/C and radient heat. He also allowed me to follow him up on the roof so I could establish a baseline of what was normal for our air conditioning units! Good education and maintenance.

Had used them a couple years ago and they were good. Now called to ask a quick question about seismic retrofitting laws for old water heater, as no specifics on line. I called 4 times to talk to someone and the first three they said they would “send a message to the technicians” . The fourth time the lady even made an appointment. Have not heard back since and appt has long passed. Not very professional.
