David was prompt and professional. Explained that my hot water heater was done for— which I had surmised from the water on my garage floor. He provided an on the spot quote with options an explained that the water heater replacement options were for an upgraded version of the best I could get at Home Depot. He was prompt for the next-day installation. Nice to have a licensed pro do this important work for my home. Not cheap, but I think I’d rather have quality. I even now have a leak alarm.

John and Justin worked very hard to fix and ultimately replace our split system! They did an awesome job!!! Neil worked hard to have the main unit replaced under warranty and succeeded! I highly recommend Donner Plumbing and Heating!!!

I called to schedule and was told she busy and in the field when hours went by I called again and was told they could schedule with a window. They not professional and they are rude I will spend my money elsewhere

I trusted the MCS representative at Costco and there scheduling department don't make the same mistake I did go anywhere else for your HVAC needs. I made my service appointment 2 weeks ahead for a morning I could take off from work. The Costco representative called MCS while I waited and confirmed the date. I was annoyed they required a 5 hour window (8am-1pm) but agreed to be there for the period. At 1:10 after waiting 5 hours I called MCS only to be told the technician was running late and they weren't sure when he'd make it to my house. It was obvious they didn't care and had no intention of completing the service call so I canceled. What a waste of my time.

Whether it is a small or major job, they bring the same promptness and quality to the task at hand. Not only do they effectively get the job done, they also walk you through each step as they complete it so that you know what they are doing and how they are going about it. They are prompt and efficient at their craft, quality workmanship at fair rates. They have completed multiples jobs for our family: located gas leak in main line and repaired entire mainline, converted electric to gas stove, brought water heater and furnace up to code, repaired faulty water heater part, capped off old gas fireplace to prevent further leaks. You name it, DJ and his guys can do it! Thanks for all the great work guys, we always know who to call and if you go with them, you will know too!
