Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

Carlson has been a great company for all our plumbing needs. This latest time Tony spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong with our toilet and determined it needed to be replaced. Daniel was awesome. Very knowledgeable and let me know what steps we were at. Did a thorough walk through at the end with the second tech. I did not care for how the electricians talked to him. I feel like the techs doing install did all the leg work so did not appreciate the way they were talked to. Hard work needs to be appreciated and recognized.

Had an appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. Called to ask when my technician would show up. Was told that that the technician would call me back to reschedule, but this person should have called in the first place to let me know that they would not be able to make it. Am not going to use.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater.
