I am a Realtor and have used Pro Plumbing for more than ten years (10) for my own properties as well as recommended them to all of my clients. During this time Pro Plumbing has tackled every kind of job imaginable and I has always reigned victorious. At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

Had a loose copper tee on the main water line that I couldn't solder--Rudy was able to get to our home within an hour of the call and fixed the line; even helped with another project (putting in a PRV) on the same water line. Great workmanship and friendly service.

I had a swamp cooler system replaced with a modern HVAC system. I was really impressed with the workmanship that Antonio and Louie provided. Short story: Highly recommend MGP Mechanical. Professional and timely install of a new tankless water heater.

After reading reviews of MGP Mechanical on Google, we decided to contact them about installing a Navien tankless water heater. The appointment was scheduled within a few days and Gerald walked us through the process and emailed a detailed quote a few hours later. The quote was in the range that we had expected and emailed back that we would go forward. Install was scheduled for a week later which was sooner than we had expected.

Carlos did the install and was professional and friendly, answering questions and clearing things with us as the install progressed. He walked us through the operation and annual maintenance for the unit. Only one day, but very happy with quick hot water so far.

Will definitely consider using MGP again in the future.

Dennis Elliot came out on time, and fixed my A/C professionally!!! He really was courteous and very knowledgeable about the whole A/C electric system and fixed it in a timely manner. He made sure everything was wired right and that the A/C worked properly! I really thank this company and recommend them for anyone who needs a reasonably priced and professional job done. RMS was recommended by my roofer and I saw that they have wonderful reviews here, so I felt very confident in having chosen the best HVAC company for the job, which was a swamp cooler relocation with new ducting. RMS techs showed up on the pre-arranged date and completed the work on time.
When I went to inspect the swamp cooler, I noticed it was scratched on top and I shared my observation with RMS whereupon Scott came out to repaint the lid of the swamp cooler. I was happy that they followed up and fixed the issue.
When a severe rain storm hit, both ducts that had been installed by RMS started leaking and I had to put buckets under the ducts in both bedrooms. I called RMS and they promised to send someone by to inspect the ducts. Unfortunately, I never saw anybody coming by to reinspect their work. I sealed the ducts myself, but one of them still leaks. I am disappointed with their work; hence only 2 stars.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Called Rick for a Refrigerated air conversion. Free quote. I had a tentative install for March but rescheduled on the fly for a few days out in Feb. Got a complete new system installed, quick, friendly and hauled off my old swamp cooler. All work also completed with inspections by the city. Local company and they did a great job. Addressed any questions I had during install as well.

I was pleased with quality of work, especially the work in the shower. The workers were friendly and professional. I will use this service again and recommend Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling to anyone who needs their services. The prices were actually lower than I had expected to pay and within their estimates.

The negative reviews listed here do not in anyway reflect our experience with Pearl. Pearl went out of their way to help us with a furnace issue no one else could solve. After dealing with two reputable companies, we were referred to Pearl by the second company because they specialize in high efficiency furnaces. They were able to solve the problem on their first trip. They were professional, courteous, and downright friendly. Our experience was such that we are now lifelong customers.

The air coming out of our vents went from 70 degrees to 52 degrees–a huge difference. The technician, Joshua, was knowledgable and professional.
