Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

Former military I wanted good value and them in and out. Quotes and research completed they were my first choice. Gerald was our service provider and did an excellent job. Found the problem to our tankless water heater immediately. Caught and fixed a gas leak in the process. He was very patient as he had to wait on other people that were working at our house. Gerald even offered some tools to assist the other people working on another project. We were very pleased to say the least. Would definitely recommend to a friend! Prices were very reasonable. MGP Mechanical went above and beyond at our service visit.

RMS was referred to us by Alvarado Roofing after we had trouble with our a/c several months after a new roof installation. Fabian and Samuel came out the same day and fixed our a/c - Alvarado Roofing took care of the bill. RMS was reasonably priced and we could have paid the bill without going completely broke. Both Fabian and Samuel were prompt, professional, speedy and very friendly. WMF crew slipped their schedule for the followup visit, but that's not really unusual for contractors who are reacting to unpredictable crises around town, and anyway they personally covered for them the same day.

Have done business with Custom-Air on several occasions over the past 14 years. Everything from Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing for a new home to installing a hot water heater. Their service is reasonable, always fast and they clean up after they've finished. Would highly recommend.
