Best Hvac in Albuquerque NM

Took these guys months to do the plumbing in our simple kitchen remodel. And it's still not 100%. We are hiring someone else to finish it.

I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would get back to me with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

These guys are true professional tradesman who take pride in their work. My 15 yr old A/C system lost all refrigerant during the recent triple digit heat wave and James was able to fit us in for a complete system install to include a furnace at an exceptional price. The new system was installed within one day along with a water heater which was inspected as well and found to be leaking. Highly recommend Mother Road for any HVAC/Plumbing/electrical work. They can do it all.

I have a service agreement with B.Carlson. They come out twice a year and check my HVAC and heating system. I have been using them for years and love the service they provide. They keep my systems clean and running at top performance. I believe in being pro-active in mataining, not having to react to unit not working at a bad time. I feel the the service agreement is a great value and peace of mind. Christian is awesome, he came by today and did a thorough cleaning of my HVAC. He did a thorough check-up to make sure all of the units numbers were in line with specs. I know keeping them clean will save us from costly repairs down the road and keep them running efficiently. I also really appreciate the front office staff. Kris called earlier in the year to renew my service contract. Ashelyn, calls to set up my appointments in advance and then the day before as a reminder. They both are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Christian called to let me know he was on the way and was on time. Now I can sit back and relax knowing our cooling comfort is good to go for the rest of this season and the next. We have worked with Mark for several years when he worked at another company. When he started Central Plumbing (his own company) we made sure to become one of his first clients. Mark is the nicest man, very efficient, works quickly and is an expert at his trade. His is also honest; he doesn't try to pad our bill with products and services we don't really need. He will let us know when something is wearing out and should be replaced, but he isn't at all pushy about it. Central Plumbing deserves 10 stars. Hire this company; you won't regret it.

Sigi at PRO Plumbing is the absolute BEST. I've used him for years and he always finds time to quickly fit me into his schedule. His work is top quality and his professional relationship with the inspectors is A-level. Highly recommend this contractor.

Jesse is q great plumber. He’s willing to tackle hard jobs that other plumbers won’t, like moving a shower drain over slightly.

My AC was not working very well. I called Affordable Service and they were able to send someone the very next day. Bill arrived before the time scheduled. Right away he explained the cost for troubleshooting. He was able to figure out the problem right away and provide options. As he was troubleshooting the compressor, he explained everything he was doing and what his testing equipment was reading and what the normal reading should be. I learned so much about my AC in 10 minutes and understood everything. Bill was very professional, knowledgable, and did everything he could to make sure all was tested before giving options to fix the problem. Thank you Bill. Our home is back to being nice and cool again. this was my first experience with Affordable Service.

My heating system’s engine blew out, they provided a super quick evaluation of the situation and had me serviced right away; I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family that need quick, reliable, and professional heating system work. They were courteous throughout the whole process and finished setting me up with a great heating system in no time.

When my tankless hot water heater quit working I contacted Wagner to come diagnose the issue. A technician came out within a few hours and looked at the hot water heater and had to make some phone calls due to never dealing with my brand of water heater. He came back saying the water heater would likely need to be replaced and that customer service was a nightmare to deal with and that I would be charged hourly just for making the phone calls. He never diagnosed the issues and instead tried to sell me on the two types of water heaters they could install. When he came back with a quote of $6,600 I about fell on the floor! I asked what model I would receive for that price he said it could be for whichever one I want. Clearly that didn’t seem right to me so I kindly told him I would like for a quote somewhere else. I was able to find another plumber to come out and replace the tankless for $3,000! Glad I did not fall into their scam!

Completely Satisfied!!! Would highly recommend!!! RCI Inc. Services repaired a couple of plumbing issues, and a electrical repairs were done on outlets, switches and light fixtures. Licensed professionals completed these jobs. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, on-time, and reasonably priced.

Scott and crew just converted my cooling system to refrigerated air and I couldn't be more pleased. They were honest, reliable, and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. My friends and family who have done business with RMS all agree with me.

Called them and they gave me an appointment for the next day. Never recieved a call before appointment as promised and no body showed up. I called at appointment time and the guy told me he would call back in 10mins. Never happened.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!
