I've been a big fan of Alex's before he broke out on his own in starting this company. He and his staff are respectful, timely, and do great work. They won't be the cheapest option around, but you get what you pay for -- in the best way.

Jesse is q great plumber. He’s willing to tackle hard jobs that other plumbers won’t, like moving a shower drain over slightly.

My heating system’s engine blew out, they provided a super quick evaluation of the situation and had me serviced right away; I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family that need quick, reliable, and professional heating system work. They were courteous throughout the whole process and finished setting me up with a great heating system in no time.

Water Mold Fire Restoration of Albuquerque came out and gave me a free, honest appraisal of how important mold remediation was in my home. They told me the truth -- that, in my case, it wasn't that important to do serious mold recovery. In other words, they were honest enough to not manipulate me with fear tactics about black mold. Honesty from people in this line of business is priceless...!!!

I was told by the water authority that I must have a large leak and so I called Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I opted to wait until the following Tuesday for regular business hour prices (not after hours) but asked to be put on the waiting list. Less than an hour later I got a call back for same day service!Jared and his apprentice/helper, Jacob, were professional and did a great job! Turns out I don’t have a leak like the water company said and Jared was very fair in the charge for the leak service. He did replace an outside faucet that had a slow leak that we had known about. He also educated us on what was done not quite right on our water heater installation, the ductwork on the heater, and the faucet on the shut off valve. We will be getting quotes in the future to get this work done and these issues addressed.The big news is that we are going to have them come replace the swamp cooler next week!! My husband is really excited that I am getting someone else to install it!! Again, Jared was very knowledgeable about the swamp cooler process, how to pick the right one, and suggestions for helping keep the house cooler.Glad I found them and have someone trustworthy and professional to take care of my aging house’s plumbing!!

Needed boiler repair. Sean came by, gave an estimate, and came back the next day with parts and repaired my furnace. Great service and responsiveness

Whitehorse plumbing is an amazing company! Patient with customer and very detailed with the work and meticulous with cleanup. I dealt with more than a handful of plumbers in a week's time frame and Whitehorse was.the only one that further assessed, troubleshot and completed work above and beyond what I've experienced. They came on short notice to fix my broken toilet. They did a great job, came when they said they would, gave an accurate quote over the phone and had the whole think done in half an hour! Will use again!

Reading these reviews is like reading about 2 different companies. I am not a family member of Julian or any of his crew. All I can say is that he and they have always been on time, been professional and pleasant and have done the job quickly and well. We converted from evaporative to refrigerated air and added a mini-split in one room that couldn’t be ducted. The proof is in the results. I will hire Julian and JC&E whenever I have a job in their wheelhouse.

Desert Suns installed my new HVAC system two years ago. Had a problem with wiring last week and they sent repairman out same day. He found two problems and was able to fix one. He called the electrician who came out next day and fixed the second problem. Great customer service at a fair price! Thanks!!
