First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. What a great experience during an other than terrible time. returned from a 90 day trip to find the A/C not working, called at a very busy time of year late in the evening, Kathy got us on the schedule for first thing the next morning. Alex was there first thing, quick diagnosis, equally quick repair, recharged unit, working great. Alex took the time to explain the system and the required repairs in such a fashion that even an Old Retired Aircraft Mechanic could understand. Had a new Aerocool evaporative cooler installed. Works great. Removed the existing cooler and installed the new one in two hours or so. They promised six. They also diagnosed a problem that I had with my roof. I plan on using the company for setup and takedown also.
