I've been pleased with the work that Rocketman Plumbing has done at my house. They are MUCH cheaper than TLC, I mean hundreds cheaper. The only negative thing is the scheduling. There always seems to be some sort of glitch. I would highly recommend calling the day before your appointment and confirming. But I'll keep using them!

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

They always do a good job. The call to let you know that they are on their way. They talk over whatever repairs might be required and give a possible quote. The cus to me can make thd final decision. I highly recommend this company.

We've had Mark and Braden work on several of our rental houses, including preparation for sale. During this time Pro Plumbing has tackled every kind of job imaginable and I has always reigned victorious. At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

I recently had a water heart burst. The damage was extensive. I called Affordable and explained the situation. My insurance is involved and I said Will this be a free estimate to diagnose if there was damage done to my furnace, The lady explained it was was FREE, no charge. The would send someone out. On the day of the appoiment I called to verify the time and to be sure their would be no charge. Ron explained there would be a fee, of $69.00. To diagnose. I said the lady never said that. She said it was free. Being on a limited income I asked vehemently if their would be a fee and was told no fee. I feel that may be Affordable, but weren't Honest. Im very disapointed because I've used them before, for a different reason, and I no longer will.. Make sure you clarify or you'll be charged. I spoke to Kevin the operations manager, he offered to have them turn it on for free, but not diagnose without paying the fee. I said I can do that, I need a diagnosis for damage. Which I was told was free!! He was short with me and seemed irritated. I guess Your company isn't into customer service, or being Honest up front.
