Best Garbage Disposal Unit in Albuquerque NM

NOT AN EASY INSTALLATION FOR THEM, BUT THEY PERSEVERED AND EVEN CAME BACK TO RE-TIGHTEN THE FAUCET. THEY WEREN'T HAPPY UNTIL I WAS HAPPY.

My experience with Wagner Mechanical has been consistently very satisfactory and pleasant. On this occasion, the technician came to do one task and ended up also seeing that an important repair had to be made and then taking it on. As often as I tried to thank the technician for going above and beyond, he simply responded that it was his job to provide service to the customer. And he did so with obvious pride in his calling. Dennis Elliott brings great credit to himself and to Wagner Mechanical, and great gratitude to a customer who appreciates his positive attitude and great skills. Thank you.

Julian and his team were great from the start. I asked for estimate he showed up the same day and provided a competitive price vs. Others! After the job was completed he came back to relocate my thermostat and charged system with more freon. My refrigerator air unit works great I've already provided recommendations to others as I was impressed in their work ethic and response time!

Luis Saiz gave exceptional service...coming to my home late in his day to try and get our heating system up and functioning during the biter cold nights. HE FOLLOWED UP the next day and the next!!! Thank you Luis.

I've had Guy's out to my home multiple times to service my swamp/switch me over to heat, etc. I do not know what I'd do without these wonderful people! I cannot say enough good about them. They consistently go above and beyond and I'm so grateful every time I see them. Every time I have needed service, they've set expectations; shown up, they know exactly what needs to be done and take care of things as quickly as they can.

Had a problem with our heater and couldn’t find out what was wrong. Called Homerun and they promptly came out same day, diagnosed the problem, educated us on how to avoid the problem in the future. And flushed our water heater in the same go :) very informative and will definitely be calling them for any plumbing or HVAC needs in the future.

I will not use this business in the future. They do not have the decency to call till after the arrival time that they are not coming. They did not come to fix the leak of my kitchen sink. I waited like idiot for two hours. My kitchen sink is leaking really bad and it is ruining my wooden floors in the kitchen. Very unprofessional. This plumbing company only thinks of themselves and not the customer’s time. A friend recommended this company.

If I could give them a higher than 5 star rating, I would. Both my swamp cooler and furnace died at about the same time and on top of that my water heater was on its last legs. I spoke with several companies, including The Home Depot and Lowes prior to speaking with Rick's Plumbing. The prices from the various companies varied, with The Home Depot and Lowes being by far the most expensive.

What set Rick's Plumbing apart is:
- They were the least expensive, yet installed high quality equipment. Three of the companies i spoke with gave me quotes more than twice the amount Rick's Plumbing quoted me. One even said they had to hire a crane! (I have a two-story house).
- They answered all my questions and concerns quickly.
- They did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. They were open and upfront about all the pros and cons of the various options and approaches to the installation of the units to our particular house. (We were switching from swamp cooler to an air conditioner).
- I knew exactly what I was buying and what they were going to do prior to signing anything.
- They were all very friendly.

I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!
