We purchased our new home and it has a newer Water filtration system. The sediment filter seized up and we could not remove without causing damage to the water lines. We called Wagner's! The came out right away, Thomas was fast, friendly and no mess! Reasonable rates, we will be contacting Wagner for all future plumbing, HVAC, septic maintenance and repairs!!! Called Rick for a Refrigerated air conversion. Free quote. I had a tentative install for March but rescheduled on the fly for a few days out in Feb. Got a complete new system installed, quick, friendly and hauled off my old swamp cooler. All work also completed with inspections by the city. Local company and they did a great job. Addressed any questions I had during install as well.

Came to the unit even when the property management company botched the work order to help me when our heater died. Was polite, professional, and helpful. Couldn't recommend enough.

I had this company come out as my furnace would not come on. I had found them on Google search as being near me and with a good reputation - bad luck for me. On the positive side, they were quick to send out a technician and he was polite. On the negative sides the technician was fresh out of school with apparently very little experience and took forever to figure out what the problem was. Turned out to be my thermostat. Fine. I suggested I would like one that could be operated from my smart phone to which the technician replied that those are quite expensive and difficult to use. He then replaced my high end Aprilaire thermostat with a very basic Honeywell unit. When finally finished, he had me sign for completed work on a small screen on a handheld device saying he'd email me the invoice. This service cost $500 which seemed high but I now had heat and house guests arriving the next day. When I got the invoice I immediately noticed that he had invoiced me for a high end wifi capable thermostat! I looked up the two (the one I got and the one I was invoiced for) and on several different websites the cheap one ran around $50 and the other from $150 to over $200!. I called the company to discuss the situation. Finally being able to talk to the manager, she explained that for them the two cost about the same (ok?) but she would be willing to give me a $20 refund. She was rude. I said I would rather just get the thermostat I paid for then. So she agreed to having a technician come back out to install the wifi unit I was invoiced for. Long story shorter, the same newby came out, spent hours trying to install the new thermostat, discovered my furnace can't use a thermostat that doesn't have back up batteries. Gosh, he was so sorry and swore to have the manager call me about refunding me for the much more expensive unit he had accidentally invoiced me for. Right, ugh, never heard a word and really don't feel like dealing with these people any further or ever again.

When I called MCS out for service, there were some issues getting the appointment set up and I thought it was going to be a nightmare, but once Robert T. arrived, assessed our problem and worked diligently to get it repaired. I would highly recommend MCS and Robert T.
