This isn't our first experience with Affordable P H AC & E. I was super impressed by their punctuality, professionalism, and work. They diagnosed the problem thoroughly and then detailed my options and the costs. They gave me an opportunity to make an informed decision and then executed the job flawlessly. Which lead to us hiring them again for another job for other family members.

After dealing with a very negative home improvement experience, dealing with Wagner Mechanical was a huge relief. They were professional every step of the way: from customer service through the completion of the project. The technician, Randy, answered all my questions and did his best to make sure I wasn’t paying for anything that wasn’t necessary. He was very professional, wore gloves & a mask, was clean and respected me and my home. I was informed of everything that would be done every step of the way. I felt that he truly wanted to make sure the job was done correctly and that I was a happy customer. After this experience, I would highly recommend Wagner Mechanical.

Completely Satisfied!!! Would highly recommend!!! RCI Inc. Services repaired a couple of plumbing issues, and a electrical repairs were done on outlets, switches and light fixtures. Licensed professionals completed these jobs. They are very knowledgeable, very friendly, on-time, and reasonably priced.

RMS was recommended by my roofer and I saw that they have wonderful reviews here, so I felt very confident in having chosen the best HVAC company for the job, which was a swamp cooler relocation with new ducting. RMS techs showed up on the pre-arranged date and completed the work on time.
When I went to inspect the swamp cooler, I noticed it was scratched on top and I shared my observation with RMS whereupon Scott came out to repaint the lid of the swamp cooler. I was happy that they followed up and fixed the issue.
When a severe rain storm hit, both ducts that had been installed by RMS started leaking and I had to put buckets under the ducts in both bedrooms. I called RMS and they promised to send someone by to inspect the ducts. Unfortunately, I never saw anybody coming by to reinspect their work. I sealed the ducts myself, but one of them still leaks. I am disappointed with their work; hence only 2 stars.

WMF explained everything in detail as to what was needed to be done. Very patient with all my questions. Such an amazing service they gave us. Thanks WMF and team. I highly recommend them For everyone

Vicente was on time, masked as I had requested, and explained the leak in my bathroom. He reassured me that the leak was not in the wall, which I had feared. He completed the repair in a very reasonable time and was very respectful. I will use your company in the future.

Mike and Brandon came within an hour of my initial call. They were very kind, professional and trustworthy. Explained what was going on, fixed our plumbing issue and reinforced their availability if anything comes up again. In all respects....Oscar Diaz came today for inspection of the AC portion of the new Trane XV80, and set me straight on a couple of things that were confusing at first .....he also solved a dilemma during the inspection which entirely explained the confusion I had, and that made my day.....The staff from both plumbing and HVAC continue to be unmatched in all aspects.Alan Garcia today shored up a loose kitchen faucet that was difficult to access and handle under the sink....He also did some work on angle stops along with tightening up the faucet in the utility room.....That far everything is holding firmly and well.....He also answered a couple of new questions on the new Trane HVAC system that was installed just over two months ago.....Alan is also an HVAC installer....

The technician who came was professional enough in technical expertise at first but by the end of the experience I felt scammed. My main concern was 1. Not getting my issue fixed while also being dramatically over charged for r410a (AC coolant). Specifically, I researched approximate cost of r410a online after the fact and found out it costs about $4.32 USD/pound. I was charged over $50/pound. Ultimately I expect some significant upcharge over $5 but over 1000% is completly BS. The technician also forgot this coolant at first and had to go back which I have no doubt he charged time and labor for. He was deceptive since he didnt state what costs would be for labor or materials were upfront. In other words, he showed me the charges after he performed the work which was minimal since I sat and watched him work. All he really did was pump 5 pounds of coolant and charged me $420. My AC doesn't keep up when I have a commercial sized unit for a smaller townhouse (about 1400 sqft). My overall impression is that his total analysis was wrong and that labor for coolant was the easiest way to overcharge me with an expected call back to them to repair again. I do not recommend this service. Lastly for the record, I hired Marty McKee. He recognized it was more an airflow issue (which in also mentioned to Academy), and that fixed the issue for a fraction of what academy charged me.

The people at Peoples Plumbing are very professional and have competitive pricing. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them!

I live in an older home and have fought with plumbing issues for the greater part of 18 years. Recently the last of my old sewer pipe cracked and a leak sprung up in the wall of my 30 year old water heater. David came out to give me an estimate the same day. His crew showed up early the following morning, as promised, and they were able to correct those problems plus bring the entire water heater and plumbing up to code for a most reasonable price. They are extremely conscientious, courteous and professional. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

So helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Was able to get a detailed quote and explanation of the install before they started the work. They were able to help me show how it worked and had a very professional install. Everyone from the office to installers were very friendly and respectful.
