MGP has been excellent to work with. They addressed our AC issues and our tankless water heater issues. They flush out our tankless water heater annually and service our furnaces and AC units. They have also completed some plumbing repairs that we needed. I have been very happy with their responsiveness to our needs. After installing a HVAC system as well as electrostatic filter amounting to around $22,000, our water heater had leak problem and when we called Wagner, sadly it was Sunday and we knew we would probably have to pay more for service, they stated they did not have anyone who could help us. We called another company and they came promptly. We even had been a member of Wagner's Club. We cancelled this after they abandoned a customer who had paid all bills and had initially given them a good eval. The technicians who came were usually very good. But don't count on them if you have an emergency and please note after this experience we talked with several people and businesses, who noted as we did that they really price gouge. Shop around. Consider this a caveat emptor.
