First guy could not fix problem 2nd time guy better and fixed. One of the guys shut off water under sink to RO and refrig. no ice by Friday. Refused to come back on Saturday without extra charge. Got someone else to fix their mistake unprofessional.

I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would get back to me with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

I used Affordable Service to install our new furnace a few years ago and we were very pleased. I turned to them again this summer (2023) during the heatwave to service our evaporative cooler. Rick was very professional from my initial contact with him through the installation process. The team was easy to work with and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the installation process. There was an issue with the heat not working after the installation. I called the office on a Sunday morning. Rick returned my call within 30 minutes and came out immediately to correct the issue. The heat was back on within 90 minutes after my call. I am thrilled with my new mini-split system installed by JC&E LLC! I have nothing but high praise for the work ethic, honesty, transparent pricing, and satisfaction with their service. I did extensive research before choosing this type of HVAC for my home. I had several estimates to decide my best course of action, and JC&E won hands down. I was told by other companies that there was no way to add mini-splits to an Adobe house. I was told the project was logistically impossible by everyone except Julian at JC&E. Julian and Elias offered the best plan, with reasonable pricing, and was transparent every step of the way. The project estimate was clear and concise, with equipment choices thoroughly explained. The two days of the installation went as planned, including the crane arrival and removal of the old system from my roof. The crew, the planning, the new equipment, and the follow-up service to inspect the final project was outstanding. Choosing to spend a chunk of money on new heating and cooling is daunting, but I felt I was in good hands, and I love my HVAC! If I could give more than five stars, I would!
