The owner Alex was such a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and came out right away when our water heater went out. He was so thorough and professional. He took time to explain everything and walk us through our options for replacement. We had hot water again the very next day! I will definitely call him again for any of our plumbing, heating, or cooling needs and fully recommend him to anyone in need of those services.

3 hours and counting they have no showed up to the appointment we scheduled. Waited 1 hour past the time to call since we hadn't heard anything from them. Was told someone was on the way and has been 2 hours since.

I had a good experience with Austin plumbing.
New water heater, shower conversion, and all new water lines replace in my mobile home.
I will call on them again when needed.

They repaired my Rinnai thankless water heater the control board was the problem and after going thru the things that it could be they figured it out and it works perfectly

We needed to have our 220v outlet relocated for the installation of our new microwave/oven combo unit.I called TLC and asked them if they did that type of work. Not only could they do it, but they had two electricians here literally within 15 minutes! Talk about service!!!The guys were extremely courteous and efficient. Within a half hour they were done and had everything cleaned up. We even got a senior discount.TLC is the best! Thanks guys.
