First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. This is my second time using Central Plumbing. First time they replaced my hot water heater in Dec 2018. Excellent job and price and I give 5 stars for that job and am happy to have found a company that I can rely on to do good job for fair price.. Just used them again for smaller job and they care enough to make sure that I was satisfied with the job and I will be using them again in future.

The tech may have saved my life! I had some roofing done 2 days prior to Adam coming to service my air conditioner, they somehow broke a exhaust pipe on my furnace. Had Adam not been so meticulous at doing his job I might have died from carbon monoxide when I turned on my furnace.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

I am highly satisfied with the Custom-Air service. Work on my HVAC system was done professionaly and at reasonable price. Rick and Dave were very friendly and worked with me on every aspect of the project. I would recommend them to anybody.

JC&E is not customer focused, does not take pride in their work, and simply took our money while leaving us with equipment that does not work properly. We had JC&E install a condenser and 3 mini splits in our home. About 1 week after they installed it, the mini splits stopped blowing cool air. They were not responsive in our calls to come fix it, but eventually they came and added more freon but didn't think to check for a freon leak. They also decided that it was a good idea to have the drip lines from 2 of the mini splits just hang over our neighbors roof instead of re-routing them down the side of our unit. Our neighbor complained to our HOA about this, and we asked JC&E to come out and fix it. They asked if they could come back in the spring since the weather was cooling down and we wouldn't need to use the mini splits for cooling. A weird request, but we said that we would wait. When spring came we tried to contact them to come fix the drip lines and the fact that the units weren't blowing cool air again. They never responded to us. Eventually we just had to hire another company to come fix all of JC&E's mistakes and lazy work. JC&E left us with freon leaks, the wrong sized condenser, and improperly routed drip lines that all had to be fixed by someone else because JC&E refused to do the job right and provide basic customer service.

Circuit breaker in garage was intermittently tripping. Scheduled appointment and received confirmation email for 3 PM on Monday, 3/4/2019. Receive call at 9:26 AM that technician is at my door. They mistakenly set the appointment for 10 AM. No problem, I took leave from work to meet them. They conducted somewhat superficial inspection concluding that there may be an overload (15-amp circuit) and that one of the connected appliances was culprit. They measured amps being pulled by only one appliance (mini-fridge at 4 amps) and concluded it must be the cause. I permenantly unplugged fridge and they installed new circuit breaker. They also closed off an outlet on a different circuit that was connected to a light switch in a different room (previous homeowners feculent install). Charge was $96.55; they did not charge for the new circuit breaker. I head back to work. Return home around 4:30 PM and circuit breaker has tripped again. I call Clayton (service tech) at 4:46 PM and ask him to advise. We conclude that I should systematically diagnose each appliance on my own to see which could be causing overload. I do so and determine that no matter which single appliance is plugged in, the circuit breaker still trips intermittently. I call Albuquerque Plumbing at 10:59 AM on Wednesday, 3/6/19 to request either a refund or to have technician diagnose further. Customer representative states that if they send out a tech, they charge an hourly fee of $110 no matter what, even though original diagnosis was seemingly not thorough nor conclusive enough to perform the work that was done. I state I will have a different company perform diagnosis and representative responds that if another company alters work performed by Albuquerque Plumbing, it will void their warranty (which makes sense, but I’m not concerned about a warranty on work that didn’t resolve the problem). I have a gentleman named Joe Wojcik with Powerhouse Electric come to diagnose. He spent 2.5 hours diagnosing everything on the circuit very thoroughly and was very professional. At the time, we thought cause was a loose connection at GFCI outlet. Charge was only $75. Ultimately, this didn’t resolve the tripping breaker. After posting initial review of service, Albuquerque Plumbing called and asked if they could come back out to diagnose further at no additional cost. I agreed. They spent about 1.5 hours diagnosing the circuit and all connections thoroughly but were still unable to reach a confident conclusion. We parted company under the impression that one of my tenants must be plugging in a malfunctioning appliance on occasion that is shorting and tripping the breaker. About 15 minutes after they leave, the breaker tripped while I was standing in front of the panel. This was perfect because I was able to determine that no one was using any appliance on the circuit at that time. knowing this, I was able to unilaterally diagnose certain lines on the circuit by disconnecting them and waiting to see if breaker trips. I believe I have isolated the problem cable on the circuit and will have it replaced.

Ref. A/C not blowing cold air. Called at 7am, they were here around noon. Dakota told me the process to help locate the problem and walked me through (in laymen's terms) solving it. Very professional and affordable. Thank you!

Do not use this company!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
