My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

My A/C quit working a few days after a Home Depot contractor came out to perform a tuneup on my system. I called B. Carlson rather than throw good money after bad and I am glad I did. The response was fast and the work professional. That was over two weeks ago and the system is still working fine. From Paula in customer service to technician Ben Dudley the service was outstanding. These folks truly are professionals.

I decided to go with the service plan because of his professional attitude and service.Follow up with the service plan: Mr.Sena came back to service my cooler for the summer. He fixed several issues that had not been taken care of by other companies. Mr.Sena took pictures of the issues so that I could make informed decisions. He was kind enough to explain several times (because I did not understand the first two or three times) what needed to be corrected. Everything was covered under the plan and I did not need to pay a cent for the professional and kind service. Plus my cooler is running great and I can tell a big difference then previous years.

Picked up a scent of gas near my mechanical closet and immediately called a company for check up, Louie at LC Heating & Cooling was at my door the very next day to look at my system, turns out I had a dangerous leak from a component that could not be repaired. With a 4 week old baby in the house going without heat was not option. Louie was thoughtful, considerate and extremely professional, he was able to shuffle his schedule and installed a top of the line Carrier system a day later, just before and expected coldfront was moving in. I strongly recommend this locally owned and operated small business to anyone, Louie is a great guy and look forward to working with LC Heating & Cooling in the future.

My ac stopped working called Wagner because they installed system before I bought my house.Im disabled and rely on someone else for service. They spent all day and charged me $2500 to repair my system.30 days later my ac quit working again. Wagner said it could not be repaired and tried to sell me a new system. I cannot afford what they quoted me and called a small local company that repaired my system for $500.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Scott was on time and personable when reviewing our new home's heating and cooling systems. He helped us understand how to maximize efficiency and take good care of our A/C and radient heat. He also allowed me to follow him up on the roof so I could establish a baseline of what was normal for our air conditioning units! Good education and maintenance.
