Picked up a scent of gas near my mechanical closet and immediately called a company for check up, Louie at LC Heating & Cooling was at my door the very next day to look at my system, turns out I had a dangerous leak from a component that could not be repaired. With a 4 week old baby in the house going without heat was not option. Louie was thoughtful, considerate and extremely professional, he was able to shuffle his schedule and installed a top of the line Carrier system a day later, just before and expected coldfront was moving in. I strongly recommend this locally owned and operated small business to anyone, Louie is a great guy and look forward to working with LC Heating & Cooling in the future.

Gerald and MGP did a great job in installing a Navien combi-boiler. He is certified by Navien and it shows -- very knowledgeable. The customer service is among the best I've seen. Very customer oriented, great on all the details, braving the snow for a brief return visit to us here in the East Mountains to make a few needed tweaks to the new system. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Barney and Reese provided great service. Our water heater went out on a weekend, We called various places with either late or no response.
