Waited almost a week for them to come out to look at a one year oldRinnai tank-less water heater that they originally installed and programmed.When they showed up I told them what I thought the problem was which had nothing to do with the install and something to do with the timer for the recirculating pump. They first questioned if they had worked on it before and I said yes. I then gave them the name of the plumber that had set it up and the man said I never had anyone by that name work for me. So I showed him the card from their company with the name of the plumber that had installed it and he said he did not remember him and then took the card and put it in his pocket. I ask if he wanted to see the invoice and he said he saw the history of it. He put his hand on the pump and said it was not supposed to be hot. Later i did find out that indeed it does get hot because it is pumping hot water. After about ten minutes of being at my home he said we don't work on this brand any more and i wont charge for this call and they left. I just wish they told me that before when i made the appointment and did not waste my time.

Picked up a scent of gas near my mechanical closet and immediately called a company for check up, Louie at LC Heating & Cooling was at my door the very next day to look at my system, turns out I had a dangerous leak from a component that could not be repaired. With a 4 week old baby in the house going without heat was not option. Louie was thoughtful, considerate and extremely professional, he was able to shuffle his schedule and installed a top of the line Carrier system a day later, just before and expected coldfront was moving in. I strongly recommend this locally owned and operated small business to anyone, Louie is a great guy and look forward to working with LC Heating & Cooling in the future.

Staff were efficient, fixed everything in the time line they had estimated. Installed new controls for well pump, changed hose bib and fixed pump handle.

Amazing service. I had called TLC prior to calling Wagner, but I am very glad I went with Wagner instead. Not only did they get in touch in the same day to set me up with financing and book my installation, they were fast, courteous, and did great work. TLC didn't communicate with me for over three days, during which I had no heat in my home. It didn't seem like TLC really cared to get my business, but Wagner definitely did, and I would highly recommend them.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. Rick and his partner did a great job. Very reasonable price. They were willing to work with me in every way possible. They did a professional job and left the site clean. My boss and a coworker also used Custom Air and had great service.

Done a couple of jobs for me now. First fixed an inoperative valve and a leaking sink gasket. Then did a thorough inspection of HVAC system and fixed a supply line leak for a tankless water heater. They’re pretty responsive and fast and priced reasonably. I’d use them again.

We got a water softener with them a few months ago. They installed it with a rubber ring to seal the filer. The size isn't standard and isn't carried at any store or specialty store in town (we checked). We can't turn on the water now because we need the correct size of the rubber ring. Their response is they can't even look at it for 2 weeks. After you pay them, they are done with you. We should have gone with TLC.

I understand you have to say that you intended to rearrange your staff to try and help us. We called and spoke 3 times and all times we were told 2 weeks for possible visit to the house. I explained that I have a 7 month old baby without water. I was told there was nothing you all could do. Makes sense you need to backtrack now... That's fine but people need to know if you are too busy for emergencies.

What a great company! From the telephone experiences, reminder calls, on time arrival, professional service & repairs, reasonable pricing and spotless cleanup! All 3 of my service calls were to estimate, repair and replace all the leaky fixtures in my home. Anthony was the tech each time and did a perfect job. I had a hard time getting someone to call me back after multiple attempts to have my work completed. Once I got a hold of someone, it took a couple weeks to have the work actually done. If the pricing hadn't been so competitive, I would have gone somewhere else. I was sorely disappointed to see my poor lawn ripped to shreds after the work was done, though I suppose there is no way around this.

as the operation of a small water coop we recently had an outdoor break in our system that was beyond our repair capabilities. Unlimited was the only company that could come out on a same day emergency service. Reyes and Christian were great and professional. The job ended up being more in-depth than we previous thought. They were able to make the repairs and get our system back up and running the same day. I would highly recommend them .

The technician will lie to you, they are not very reliable, twice I had them come out and twice they lied to me. I do not recommend this company.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
