First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. Chris from Affordable came out after hours to fix a leak in my water main. He did what he could that night and came back the next day with help to ensure the job was done. He worked hard and professionally completing the work even though the job grew in size after digging up the water main. Overall really good job and I will be using them again.

Well, I would first start with not only did they arrive right on time to help with my heater, I was able to text them pictures of my thermostat when there were more problems and HE called ME to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I needed a new thermostat and, again was super helpful, the cost to come back to the house was only for the part - no extra service fee. If you need help with your air, or heating - Luis with LC Heating and Cooling is a very smart choice. Professional, prompt, and polite with exceptional skills. Call them, you will be happy you did.

I trusted Glenn(sales rep) when I heard him talk to the owner about my leaking tankless water heater. The owner knew each elbow and screw!!! It took a few days to get the replacement part but when it was in the plumbers hands they were on their way to get our hot water running again. Great job Gerald!!!!

I have asked RMS to come to my aid so many times I cant count. I have not had better service, quality workmanship, or felt like a company cares about me like that I have experienced from RMS. Scott and his team know what to do, how to do it, and explain everything from start to finish. Pointers on efficiency, proper maintenance, its so wonderful I cant list enough things. Scott recently helped me fix up my folks needs because I couldnt get it done myself. They literally cried they were so pleased. Thank you Scott!!!

I used Angie's List to look for a plumber and was quite apprehensive based on reading so many negative reviews about how many dishonest plumbers are in Albuquerque. Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling called and left a message for me and I called this morning. My toilet wasn't draining, after repeating plunging. Fore Gen Plumbing called and told me their starting price is $129 and I wouldn't find a lower price. They were wrong.This plumbing company quoted me $75 for auger service, from the toilet side. The auger didn't work, so the plumber offered $105 drain cleanout service. When the clog was cleared in 5 minutes, he told me the $105 included a 90-day warranty, free reservice if I have any more clogs, leaks, issues. Corey did an outstanding job, very impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, honesty and integrity. Not only did he call ahead, arrived early, he wore a mask and shoe covers.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
