Best Air Conditioners in Albuquerque NM

I purchased the swamp cooler package that included service in the Spring and service in the Fall to switch back to the furnace. I had zero issues with the swamp cooler all Summer. Well worth it.

MGP has been excellent to work with. They addressed our AC issues and our tankless water heater issues. They flush out our tankless water heater annually and service our furnaces and AC units. They have also completed some plumbing repairs that we needed. I have been very happy with their responsiveness to our needs. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail when repairs are needed. I would highly recommend MGP Mechanical.

Had used them a couple years ago and they were good. Now called to ask a quick question about seismic retrofitting laws for old water heater, as no specifics on line. I called 4 times to talk to someone and the first three they said they would “send a message to the technicians” . The fourth time the lady even made an appointment. Have not heard back since and appt has long passed. Not very professional.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. They give you their 200%. We highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again and again :). Thank you for all the hard work and great job guys!

Charles was sent to help out with our new toilet and was very professional and friendly. We had an emergency and Charles showed up within an hour, found the problem right away and fixed it in 10 minutes!!

The driver of this van yesterday was tailgating my bumper and weaving in and out of cars on SW Coors and Central. When I would move up, he would move up closer to my bumper every time. He was a heavy set Hispanic guy and I happened to get a pic of his van. I'll take down my review as soon as the company disciplines this employee for his actions. I don't blame the company because they probably don't know what their employee is doing.

Came same day on a Saturday so was happy initially. Service call was agreed upon for $ 157.00 because furnace was working intermittently during a cold spell. Found out low gas pressure at furnace. To hook up his manometer to furnace and do about 4 minutes of wireing cost me over $400.00! To top it off, service tech said I needed extensive work to get my HVAC up to code before I could call gasco to check service pressure. Said I may even have a gas leak. Based on their initial cost for service visit, decided to use another HVAC Co. who said my upgrades would not be as extensive and provided reasonable quote who then followed through.

There are no words to express my gratitude for Terrance, Harrison and Sara. They all are very professional. They are all about doing a great job and taking care of the clients. It’s not all about money with them. I highly recommend Go Green Plumbing over anyone else in Albuquerque. My husband is a contractor so we know a lot of people in the industry and Go Green is the best by far.

AC went out at 1 pm and they had a tech, Sean, come out before 5. Had to reschedule due to rain, but first thing Monday morning Sean was here and had us running quickly. He gave us all our options for the repair, gave a quote before starting work, and even came back the next day to adjust the float. Great experience and we'll be using them again for sure.

Very disappointment with this company. They cancelled 2x on me. Abdul (plumber that came out)was nice but management was unsympathetic. I attempted 3x to reschedule and was charged for an estimate, although nothing was done. I understand circumstances happen but I wouldn’t recommend.

Donovan & Scott were fantastic! They were incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We really appreciated such professional and quality service! I highly recommend them!
