Braden was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed repair and the cost. He didn't oversell things that didn't need to be done. Elise in the office was polite and informative. Mark responded quickly with quotes and invoices and receipts. I couldn't be more pleased with this company. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The entire experience was stress free and during a Pandemic. Everyone also wore masks. I highly recommend them.

This is a two-part review - The work requested was to raise the surface venting higher to prevent snow from getting blown in the utility closet (HVAC and water heater) and fix the leak in the HVAC exhaust that was inaccessible because of the cramped initial Wagner installation. The vents were fixed and the HVAC exhaust leak fixed and the unit lowered for proper access. Wagner gets 4 stars because:(1) Wagner Technicians (all) ***** 5 stars - Mike Vargas, Isaac Carbajal, and all the Wagner technicians that recently (April 2022) that worked on the HVAC to fix the Wagner installed unit (2018) were professional, conscientious, and technically proficient. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. The service desk and office staff were very courteous and tried to be helpful.(2) Wagner Department Managers ** 2 stars - Coordinating the work with the various Wagner department managers (service and installation?) to coordinate, schedule, and complete the work was difficult. I kept track of each interaction I had with Wagner. It took 23 phone calls and house visits that occurred over one month to get the work done! Highlight was calling to confirm the final repair appointment (it was a multistep fix) and finding out the appointment had been cancelled. I had not been informed of the cancellation and the service desk had to help me reschedule the original appointment.The work is finally completed, and the installation appears correct (time will tell) but it should not be this hard to get the work done.I am contemplating installing a new tankless water system, replacing the 50gallon water heater, to allow installation of a water softener in a cramped utility closet. It is not a plug and play installation (how do you route the water softener waste line?). At this point I do not have confidence in Wagner management to complete this multistep installation.

This is the second time I used ABQ. The first time they put in a garage sink and did a good job. Today I was checking if they could get hot water to the master bedroom quicker. Long story short, they could for $1800 or Jerod explained and showed how turning on the tub for a minute would accomplish the same thing for $0.0. I chose the latter! Great company that put my best interest above their immediate profit. They've got my business for life!

JC&E is not customer focused, does not take pride in their work, and simply took our money while leaving us with equipment that does not work properly. We had JC&E install a condenser and 3 mini splits in our home. About 1 week after they installed it, the mini splits stopped blowing cool air. They were not responsive in our calls to come fix it, but eventually they came and added more freon but didn't think to check for a freon leak. They also decided that it was a good idea to have the drip lines from 2 of the mini splits just hang over our neighbors roof instead of re-routing them down the side of our unit. Our neighbor complained to our HOA about this, and we asked JC&E to come out and fix it. They asked if they could come back in the spring since the weather was cooling down and we wouldn't need to use the mini splits for cooling. A weird request, but we said that we would wait. When spring came we tried to contact them to come fix the drip lines and the fact that the units weren't blowing cool air again. They never responded to us. Eventually we just had to hire another company to come fix all of JC&E's mistakes and lazy work. JC&E left us with freon leaks, the wrong sized condenser, and improperly routed drip lines that all had to be fixed by someone else because JC&E refused to do the job right and provide basic customer service.

I needed a new water heater right away, and David from Signature came out and confirmed. At first I thought the price of a new one was high, but David returned the next day with a much better water cooler than I had before, installed it better than the previous one was installed, and gave me tips on care and the settings. I really was impressed.

Nick and Terrence repaired wiring for our radiant heating and replaced cartridges in two faucets. They are knowledgeable and efficient and we are very pleased with the completed work. They were also very helpful on giving us advice on water softening systems and we valued their expertise. The customer service from Sarah was excellent.

Number One Plumbing, A/C & Electrical came out and fixed my A/C unit. I had called to schedule the repair and they were booked out a couple of weeks, but offered me after hours rates to get the job done next day which I greatly appreciated. Kyle was super friendly and the A/C was fixed in about 20 minutes! The reason there is only 3 stars is that I was quoted $145 per hour, but two guys came for the repair. The job invoice shows they started at 7:16, and finished at 7:43, for a total labor of $290. I just wish they would have quoted me a price for two people, as the job took less than a half hour, but I was charged for two hours. Just be aware of the labor charges as they add up really fast.

Owner Grant showed up on time and provided professional suggestions along with a free estimate. Grant and his workers completed the project in three days with excellent results.

Rudy replaced my water heater and moved a water shut off valve. The cost was affordable and well priced for the professionalism, promptness, and quality of materials as well as work.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
