Every time I have had an issue woth my system they have showed up within the same day and fixed my problem. They have kept me in the loop of any issues they have food. And or can see in the near future while maintaining a very professional attitude

I am undergoing a kitchen renovation, and called to schedule a quote for a natural gas line to be run to my oven range. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike returned my call and made it out to visit the house the next business day.
I had several other electrical and A/C issues ongoing as well, and Mike was very kind to help me troubleshoot the A/C system installed incorrectly by another company. He got it working for me in mere minutes, and gave me a referral to an electrician who could correct the electrical issues. Now I can cancel the service call I have scheduled with the OTHER HVAC company who incorrectly installed and wired the A/C to begin with, and couldn't make it out for over a week.
It is amazing to find such helpful individuals who are willing to spend a few extra minutes to meet a customer's needs. I will be switching to this company for any further HVAC. Excellent customer service.

They came to put a new wall box where the washer faucets sit. I had no idea how involved it was. They had to cut the drywall and do a whole bunch of stuff. It turned out amazing. They were thorough, kind and friendly. I could not be any happier with their work, and their price. All Good!

These guys were hired by my rental company to come fix a leaking sink, and were scheduled to install a new swamp cooler on Monday. They came this morning to fix the sink, and then these wonderful men suprised us and installed the cooler three days early!! They are so nice, professional and quick!! Not only do they effectively get the job done, they also walk you through each step as they complete it so that you know what they are doing and how they are going about it. They are prompt and efficient at their craft, quality workmanship at fair rates. They have completed multiples jobs for our family: located gas leak in main line and repaired entire mainline, converted electric to gas stove, brought water heater and furnace up to code, repaired faulty water heater part, capped off old gas fireplace to prevent further leaks. Unprofessional staff. Didn't finish the job they advertised. Would not return calls. Had to have them come back out to fix issues. The hot water heater was replaced and they never came back out to fix the dry wall. Should have went with Pearl Mechanical as I originally got a same price estimate from them. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I have used Alta Plumbing before and Alta was leaps and bounds more professional and communicative than Valdez.
