Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

Very quick to come out and help, identified issue and had it fixed, literally in minutes. Will def use again! I mean, I hope I don't have to, but if it comes to it, he'll be the 1st I call. Very trusted.

David Carrillo and his company have proven on every project that they can complete any plumbing or mechanical task in a timely fashion. Their quality control is second to none. They are conscientious of protecting people's property and clean up when they are finished working. Their pricing has always been competitive with everyone else, and for those reasons, they have become our exclusive plumbing and mechanical contractor of choice. I talk to David almost weekly, so I know where he stands on customer service and I know that he is out working 5 hours after everyone else has gone home for the day. David is dedicated to his company and sincerely cares about his clients.

Our experience with then was extremely unpleasant. My wife got called “babe” numerous times while the tech ignored the request of my wife to ring the doorbell should they need any type of assistance. He interrupted her work as he continuously walked into the master bedroom without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Then proceeded to blatantly stare at her chest area.

This company was great! They got us in right away, service and price were excellent! We are definitely using First Rate again The technician that came was very descriptive in what he was doing and helped to understand very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed .Andrea navarrette who is the owner was so helpful and polite and professional she knows excalty what she's doing I will definitely call them again

Isaac and Nick responded quickly to our request for help. The furnace was out and they came out to troubleshoot the problem. They were nice and very professional. They were able to fix it and did it in a very cost conscious way.
