Very professional workers who installed my furnace. Everthing was done quickly and very cleanly, taking exceptional care not to cause any damage to walls, doors etc. I was also given a very good explanation of the functioning of the furnace.

Charles came out within a day of call & worked on my kitchen plumbing issues, which ended up being many. He resolved them all ro my satisfaction & will definitely be utilizing his plumbing & HVAC services in the future. I highly recommend him for his expertise, honestly & reasonable rate!!

Called them for an emergency repair on my furnace. My call was answered promptly and someone was sent out within an hour. An hour after that my furnace was up and running again. Excellent service and reasonable price.

Do yourself a favor and go with a professional outfit. Not only did they use parts that were not up to code, they left a huge mess. In the end, I decided to call another plumber and I'm glad I cut my losses.

Unlimited Plumbing has been our go to Vendor for all our plumbing needs. We are a 100 unit Albuquerque Condo Community with approximately 500 to 600 residents. I am so pleased with their expertise regarding the latest technology available, combined with common sense and hard muscle plumbing. Our Community is a better place because we found UP.

I ve no expierience as to the company's price and overall integrity of installations but as sure as they are licensed and bonded im sure they are competitive and adept at the tasks of their profession. I give them a benefit of doubt because they're from the neighborhood and locally owned. In my book that is far better than taking a risk with these franchised or national shops that have out of state concerns, better to keep our hard earned money local.

We just had a mini split system installed and are extremely happy with the results. From the beginning in working with Brian to get us an estimate that was the best we got, and him providing everything in writing that we asked for, we appreciated his responsiveness.
Then on the day of the install Kyle and Tim were incredibly efficient, professional and answered all the questions I asked.
Once the work was complete Brian swung by to make sure everything was setup how we originally discussed during the initial estimate. Because of this experience I'd be happy to use Daniels again. Thank you, Gentlemen.

The negative reviews listed here do not in anyway reflect our experience with Pearl. Pearl went out of their way to help us with a furnace issue no one else could solve. After dealing with two reputable companies, we were referred to Pearl by the second company because they specialize in high efficiency furnaces. They were able to solve the problem on their first trip. They were professional, courteous, and downright friendly. Our experience was such that we are now lifelong customers.

Gave us a quote and then lied to try to increase the charge. Guy went on a rant, calling our real estate agent a liar-until the seller’s agent provided documentation to prove Guy was lying. Then he walked out on the job halfway through.
They screwed us over so badly that the seller’s real estate agent went to their office to pick up our refund check even though we had already closed and she had no obligation to us any more whatsoever. She just felt so badly about how terrible Guy was.
Also terrible service and hard to get a hold of throughout the process before they came over, told us they couldn’t do multiple things that future plumbers did no problem, all before they lied to us, etc.

I used to love this company. The previous owner retired and now they do sorry work and the plumber tried to up charge. Spent most of his time smoking and on the cell phone. Then didn't fix the problem. Even forced reusing an old wax ring for the toilet. Estimate went double too.
