Terrible company, system $15K, told 5 days, took 5 weeks and here we are in mid October from April 25, 2022 and the heat does not work, they say they are coming out and do not show up. Licenses were suspended 8/31/2022. Most unprofessional, poorest customer service we have ever experienced. Now headed to court to get a working HVAC SYSTEM.

Had tankless water heater installed. Good value. Would give 4.5 stars as took a bit to get trash and old water heater removed due to vechicle issues. Timeline changed a bit with that. However, responsive to inquiry and on time for install.

Frontier's owner Joe is a good man who does good work. He went the distance to get us up and running again by evening. Highly recommended.

Joe And his employee Chris were nothing but professional. They bent over backwards to come to our rescue when we couldnt find anyone to help us with a hot water heater. They showed up when they said they would and did not leave until the job was finished. Will definitely use them again and recommend to all my neighbors.
