Steve at Kastle Plumbing was the best! Prompt, professional, courteous service. He searched for the right hot water heater when all regular suppliers places were out. He found one, came back that evening and installed it! Great job and done! He's a wonderful guy to talk with, explains everything thoroughly. Sal installed a whole new furnace for us, in addition to some small plumbing jobs. He is obviously conscientious about his work, and makes sure to do it right instead of whatever bare minimum is needed. I waited months after the furnace's installation, until it got truly cold, to make sure the heater is working well - and I'm happy to say it seems great! He's also responsive, and followed up immediately with questions and concerns.

I am incredibly pleased and happy with Jason Kelly Plumbing. We had an emergency plumber come out after a construction accident who was unable to really help us with the issue that night. He said he'd have to come back and it could be anywhere from $800 to $2500. I wanted to get a second opinion and reached out to Jason Kelly Plumbing - Jason & Mike were able to get me in first thing in the morning which I appreciated greatly. They were able to fix the problem without causing any damage to the wall and were very personable and helpful - and not to mention lightyears more affordable than the original quote. Can't say thank you enough to them for saving our butts (and probably my marriage...haha).

The store is okay. It's convenient because it's close to my house, however they don't have parts all the time and the employees have been outright rude at times refusing to help. I'm a bit apprehensive and going to this store because of that fact. On the times you do find an employee who is helpful then the process goes smoothly so it's not all bad.

Jeff is super professional, timely, experienced and patient. Takes the time to answer your questions and explain things thoroughly. Highly recommend this company and I'm certain I will be using them as much as needed. Thanks for the great work

My wife and I moved into our new home in Orchard Park and Garrett came out extremely fast to take care of some things for us. He fixed our sump pump that was actually smelling a bit funky, and now it works like new and the smell is completely gone! He also fixed a portion of our water heater that made it operate much more efficiently and easily. Finally he took the time to fix some old water damage under our kitchen sink, consolidated some piping and made it look brand new! Garrett and his team were tremendous and gave my wife and I the piece of mind that our plumbing and HVAC related issues in our new home are taken care of completely!!! Seneca Plumbing has been in business for sooooo many years .... that only happens when you are good. I have been helped and pointed in the right direction numerous times by them and they will always be my first call.

Rick came over on for an emergency on Halloween night when no other plumbers would come to replace my failed sump pump. Even though it was late at night, he took his time to do the job right, explained to me what he was doing and charged a fair price. We now have 716 Plumbing as our go-to plumbers.

I texted Larry to come check out my leaky tub drain. I had gotten a quote from a different company for $568 but I wasn't happy with that. Larry quoted me $400 and he was super quick, in and out in under 2 hours.

The seal they put on the toilet leaks, and when the technician showed back up, he had no interest in checking it out and just left. I called him for six months to come back out and fix the toilet. Finally, I had to get another contractor my advice to you is that you don’t get involved with them because if anything goes wrong, you’re gonna have to call somebody else in and fix it, very rude and condescending company. No communication.
