Best Repair Hot Water Tank in Buffalo NY

Zach was awesome! We had a burst water line (not actively leaking) and had water leaking into the basement. It must've been a quick and easy fix for him, but we are very thankful our problem is resolved. He even added a shutoff valve to help prevent our pipe freezing up again. Hopefully we don't need their service any time soon, but if we do we will be repeat customers for sure!

The furnace in our mobile home was giving us problems so I phoned a furnace company to assess it. The man they sent was absolutely useless, so my husband called Seneca Plumbing. Russ came out and within 10 minutes he found the problem and fixed it but notified us that soon we would need a new one.
We put one on order, but when Russ was doing the install, he discovered a problem with the roof which necessitated a completely different type of furnace. Russ not only successfully and professionally installed the new one, he also corrected the problem with the roof.
We were so happy with their knowledge and professionalism that my husband contracted them to put in a tankless water heater in our other house.

I have worked around many plumbers as a contractor and the plumbers of 716 Plumbing stand out the most. Not only were they easy to work around, but I had noticed how precise their work is. I would recommend Kevin's. Had a sewage main break. Was responsive, polite, fair and prompt to reply. Even helped us out dealing with the insurance claim. Family owned and courteous.

Frank’s Mr. Plumber is very professional and prompt and reasonable. We had a problem with water coming into our basement - a big problem! The company continued to come out until they figured out what the problem was! Frank himself came out and at this point we are hoping 🤞 that it’s all fixed but if not, they have said they’ll keep coming back until it’s corrected. Can’t say enough good things about them!

I struggled for a couple years to find someone to work with for my plumbing needs that would fill these requirements. This company will schedule a two hour window with you and they will show up. They send email appointment and quotes that are written up thoroughly and emailed to you. They allow you to pay online or in person and they accept payment once the job is completed to your satisfactory. I am so happy I found them. They also are very professional. They are established - have a great logo, business cards... etc. I was very impressed!
