Best Water Heater Installation in Buffalo NY

This is the second time we have used Stephen and Kastle Plumbing. The guy is professional....knows his stuff...and is extremely personable. Will most definitely have him back for any future plumbing needs and projects! Five Stars!

I highly recommend Alaimo Plumbing and Heating. Sal came by to clear two plugged drains. He returned in the Fall for routine sewer maintenance. Sal is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and neat. He explains everything and is happy to answer any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any plumbing or heating concerns.

I have been using John Huck plumbing for years for my multiple rental properties and my personal residence. They have always given extremely fair prices, have been very responsive and easy to work with. Every time I call them I know I can trust that whatever the issue is will be fixed by the time they are done, and that their work will be top notch. John and Pete are both great. They will give you down to earth, solid advice about your plumbing needs. They have made self-managing my investment properties so much easier (and have likely helped me prevent many issues down the line). I have no reservations recommending them to everyone I know!

Hired them to replace cast pipe in basement and up to second floor bathroom. They came in at about 1/3 of the cost Cellino Plumbing quoted me.

The reason I give them 3 out of 5 stars are for the following two reasons.

Reason 1: The work in the basement does not look like professional work. There are unsupported pipes and lines that lead to no where and a tee that is capped instead of removing and placing a proper 90.

Reason 2: There was no shut off valve installed on the hot water side going to the second floor. (Was initially discussed at time of estimate) I called them after and they knew nothing about it being discussed and told me it wasn’t part of the quote and told me for $320 dollars they could come back and put one in.

So now if I ever have an issue to the second floor I have to turn off the water for the entire house.

Great guys. The job was done quickly and they cleaned everything up and very reasonably priced. They quoted me a price and my bill was less then the quote.

Hertel Hardware came to the rescue. Needed a new furnace asap and they took care of it right away. They also corrected issues that my last installation left behind. Great price, great service!!! Thanks HH!

We have used WNY plumbing multiple times. Last time was for a new hot water tank, this time was for a water line repair, faucet and toilet installation. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment, the service tech was on time, neat and very professional. I would highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

Jeff figured out and resolved the root cause of the drainage problems of my house.
We have experienced water overflows in the kitchen, laundary room, and downstair bathroom. Jeff responded to my inquiry message promptly and showed up at scheduled time. Once arrived, Jeff quickly found the main drainage line and the access point to dredge the blockage, then he removed the tree roots that caused the problem.
Jeff is methodical and courteous -- a plumber I highly recommend.

Blue Cord Plumbing did various projects in my home. No job is too big or too small. Garrett is very responsive to calls and questions. His suggestions are in the customers best interest. I had an extra hot water tank out in and then hired him again for some toilet work and hose faucets. Definitely recommend! Very neat and clean work!
