Great guys. The job was done quickly and they cleaned everything up and very reasonably priced. They quoted me a price and my bill was less then the quote.

I had an appointment and was told that they would call just before arriving. This vendor never SHOWED UP for my appointment and NEVER called. I would NEVER recommend this plumber if you really want to get some service and not just a waste of your time.

The Roto Rooter team was very responsive and professional and repaired our sewer line in about a half a day. The excavating operator was sensitive to our lawn and landscaping. The estimator and supervisors were on time and secured and scheduled the permit and inspections. The team operated flawlessly. While this home owner never likes big repair bills, we had two other estimates that didn't come close. The difference is that these guys know their business so they get to it and get it done. I highly recommend them without hesitation. Our experience was very positive.

Weekend hours flat rate. This was a non emergency fixture replacement. Prompt, courteous, and clean. No mess to clean up. They hauled away old material. I will recommend personally.
